Welcome to the new Sell with Soul real estate podcast for real estate agents who want to be the best thing to ever happen to their clients.
This podcast is different from pretty much any other real estate-related show out there in that we focus not on cheesy lead-generation techniques, ridiculous script memorization or intelligence-insulting objection busting strategies, but rather on being an Exceptional manager of a real estate transaction. The SWS Book Club will meet two Monday mornings a month. The premise of the Club is Simple - Jennifer Allan-Hagedorn will read a chapter or two or three to you, in her very own voice, from one of her seven books. I am going to be speaking to Kai Blackwood, he is for those not in the know a guy who audtioned for a reality show in which the "chosen" one would go through the ritual to sell his soul to the devil for his own chosen delights. You would think this would be the interesting thing, but it isn't. Now loads are gonna say what the actual fuck Dr Monika of course this is interesting.
No boys and girls, it's not. First lets remember this is was done in Hollywood, where doing a soul selling ritual is not even a seven on the weird scale. In Toledo, YES. But in Hollywood, just another day baby.
The story and the interesting thing for me is what happened to Kai since, the ritual was done wrongly from the start and not actually completed. Butttt, the energy generated, and the effects of it aimed at him was very real, and the results of that is what we want to know :)

Ugh. SELLING! We all hate it right? Very few people truly enjoy the energy of selling. I'm not one of them! 10 tips for preparing your home for sale.
Are you getting ready to put your house on the market but need some advice as to what steps to take in order to be ready for that big step? There are very practical things you can do to really help your home show well and attract potential buyers faster. Some things you may not even realize that figure into making your home appealing to a prospective buyer.
