Flashes that VA adds to claim that are designed to alert employees that the case needs Priority Processing. In some cases it works perfectly, but as you’ll hear there are instances when it is not quite as accurate as it should be. One day VA will create a system that works seamlessly, but I can’t hold my breath that long.
I try to hit all of the Priority Flashes as it’s laid out in VA’s M-21 manual, and I throw one extra in for political reasons…
I hope that you all don’t get as winded and exasperated as I did in trying to get this one together. Sit back, relax, and enjoy.
On this episode of Talking in Circles, we break down the weekend that was at Richmond International Raceway. Carl Edwards moved Kyle Busch out of the way on the final lap to win his 27th career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.
Was that the correct move for Carl? Should Kyle invoke some revenge?
We'll give our Attaboys and surprises and talk about the points. Who is in danger of missing the Chase?
Also we'll discuss the news of the week: NASCAR has instituted a new lug nut rule starting this weekend at Talladega Superspeedway. We'll give our thoughts on that and talk about how NASCAR can police this.
Plus Tony Stewart was fined $35k for comments about lug nuts, then NASCAR instutites the rule. Should NASCAR revoke the fine and how bad does the sport look. What made Stewart made those comments and why did the Driver's Council pay the fine?
Several media members have complained about Tony Stewart being eligable for the win at Talladega, even though he's gonna have a subsitute driver. We'll discuss our feelings on that.
Plus, it's going to be a wild weekend at Talladega Superspeedway. We'll preview the double-header weekend and take your phone calls at 917-889-8280.
"We have chosen to speak on political responsibility here in the great city of Richmond and that is because I have some knowledge of the African-American professional class here and the leadership, African American leadership that has been with the city for many generations. And having respect for your professionals and their interest in this city and in the future of this city is what caused me to select this topic, because I felt they would appreciate it. And hope they will appreciate it my prayer is that, our leaders, our African-American leaders will appreciate what I will be saying to you today.

VA whistleblowers and Natalie Carnegie RE: Death of Joseph Carnegie
the relationship between the VA and many of the university medical centers that are in bed with them, we will touch on the well over 300,000 veterans that were exposed to Agent Orange who dies when the VA refused to acknowledge the well known cancer precurosors that exposure spawned nor the ishemic heart conditions. we will take a stroll down memory lane and recall the report McDonald delivered to congress early last year in which he declared that more veterans die of suicide who are not involved in VA care than of those who are and the report by NBC news 6 weeks later that detailed how 80% of the veterans they surveyed who had attempted suicide had in fact been "treated" by the VA in the 30 days leading up to their lest attempt.
We will cover the THOUSANDS of TBI medical incident reports that the DoD removed from the records of the people who suffered even severe TBI throughout the 60s, 70s, and 80s who were kept in service AND the new technology that can time stamp those injuries today! Ialso know what happpened to those records too and where they might be located providing they were not destroyed follwing the VA's refusal to take custody of them in 2014.
And the fact that chronic homelessness is well known symptom of post concussion syndrome.
We Will speak of McDonalds desire to limit the evidence submission period. This is of course is the direct result of the information age allowing more evidence to be collected at a faster rate then ever before. So I guess he wants to limit the time frame of that to something under the DECADES it can take to get a LEGITIMATE claim approved right?
I am a 15 year involuntarily medical discharge in 1999 who received severance pay and 10% disability. I did not receive a retirement, as the military saw it beneficial for them to relieve me of duty before retirement was reached. I have been fighting for veterans rights and improper discharges since 1999. I tried to seek the help of Senator John McCain but he has been of no assistance to me and most veterans living in Arizona. I am the founder of EvincibleVets which is a newly organization that I am trying to put together to ensure no veteran is left behind. I have written many letters to the President, the VA Secretary, VA IG Team, VA Head Director, and including EVERY State representative in Arizona that matters. I have PHX VA recordings of doctors lying during my appointment which lead to falsifying my medical records. The PHX VA doctors have retaliated against me by denying medical care and medication. After providing this concrete information Senator McCain once again he threw it under the rug along with the PHX VA Head Director Mr. Grippen, who is now relieved of his duties at the PHX VA. This is the short version as there is much more.
