    Congress Must Delay Netanyahu's Speech

    in Politics Progressive

    Congress Must Delay Netanyahu's Speech

Breaking with longstanding protocol, GOP Speaker of the House John Boehner recently invited Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, to address a joint session of Congress without proper consultation with the White House or his Democratic colleagues.

There's no issue with Israel's leader addressing America's legislators. In fact, we welcome it. But the timing here--weeks before Israeli elections, and as Congress is debating legislation (aggressively backed by Netanyahu) that could impact our sensitive negotiations with Iran--couldn't be worse, and we need your help in making that clear.

Every Member of Congress has a responsibility to let Speaker Boehner know that this invitation is inappropriate, and that the speech must be delayed.

"...As in many cases in the past, Netanyahu’s attempts to confront Obama on the president’s home court boomeranged. Once again Netanyahu ended up on the losing side. Having no meetings with any senior administration officials, with an agenda that has turned temporarily irrelevant, and in a situation where his trip could cause more damage than good, perhaps Netanyahu would do better to stay at home and focus on his election campaign."

    Reverse Speech

    in Paranormal

It has been called the discovery of the 7th sense. The research into this phenomenon has been described as being of "Nobel calibre".  It is called Reverse Speech, the phenomenon of hidden backward messages in speech. If human speech is recorded and played backwards, mixed amongst the gibberish at regular intervals can be heard very clear statements. These statements usually appear in short sentence form and are nearly always related to the forward speech. It appears constantly throughout language, so much so in fact, that it is believed to be a natural part of our speech processes. The applications of this discovery are exciting. On the surface level, it can act as a sort of Truth Detector as Reverse Speech will usually correct the inconsistencies of forward speech. If a lie is spoken forwards, the truth may be communicated in reverse. If pertinent facts are left out of forward speech these may also be spoken in reverse. It can reveal hidden motive and agenda and other conscious thought processes.

Mr. Netanyahu Views on Iran, US and Obama and his speech in Congress

    in Politics Progressive

GENEVA — Iranian and American officials ended a round of high-level nuclear talks here on Monday considering a proposal that would strictly limit, for at least 10 years, Iran’s ability to produce nuclear material, but gradually ease restrictions on Tehran in the final years of any deal.

Mr. Netanyahu, in a dramatic speech in September 2012 during which he drew a red line across a cartoon bomb, said at the time that Iran was “well into the second stage” of enriching uranium and could complete the final stage “by next spring, at most by next summer.”

“When the reactor begins operation, production of plutonium will begin at a quantity sufficient to produce one bomb a year, but there will be no use for the weapons as long as there is no nuclear fuel reprocessing plant,” said the six-page document. “Bottom line: though Iran at this stage is not performing the activity necessary to produce weapons, it is working to close gaps in areas that appear legitimate, such as enrichment, reactors, which will reduce the time required to produce weapons from the time the instruction is actually given.”.

The Signalis Show: My take on the State of the Union speech

    in Politics Conservative

It seems everyone else has a rebuttal to Obama's speech last night. So, why not me too? In typical Obama fashion, he talked for over an hour and said NOTHING of substance. one would think he's still campaigning for office? Instead of actually doing the job he was elected to do- TWICE! We'll discuss his speech's elements and let the chips fall where they may?
