We are excited to interview actress, Vanessa Born, this week. Vanessa is no stranger to NYA as she protrayed four different characters in our student written production of Secretos last Spring. We look forward to hearing what she's been up to since then!
Vanessa Born proudly proclaims she was, "raised by a television." Which is where she started her career, appearing on a myriad of shows such as: "All of Us," "Eve," "One on One," "CSI NY,"and "Hannah Montana." NBC and Aaron Sorkin took notice and cast her as Laci on "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. Born then went to HBO next, working with George Clooney and Grant Heslov in an "Unscripted" pilot about the NBA. Cheer and Dance have aided Born a lot in her career, especially while in "Bring It On Fight To The Finish," playing Gloria. It was on this film Born realized her passion for film. Born's tireless efforts for bringing awareness to LGBT films grew, being nominated 3 years in a row at OUTFEST Film Festival and METHODFEST gave Born her first award for Best Actress. In an amazing turn of events, Born will be opposite Jon Voight in the series second season premiere of "Ray Donovan," playing Jazmin, on SHOWTIME.

As Untitl3d, he and the group traveled to Atlanta, GA and were signed and recognized by celebrity rapper Ludacris’ label Disturbing Tha Peace (DTP.) Signed to DTP he and the group continued their goals for about 4 years when Témi realized he wanted to part ways and follow his solo career as he had originally started.
Témi is on a mission of falling in love with music all over again and taking you on a musical roller coaster from where it and he started. The first single, "Brick By Brick" off his EP, "Intro II A New Beginning" which was released Fall 2014 set the tone of his story. Témi wants to share his story and walk you through yours. The second single, "Fire," kept the summer heat burning. New single, "Alright," will set the stage for 2015. Témi will release his 2nd EP, in Spring 2015 called, "Steller Evolution."
