Just when we thought the rederick had reached it's boiling point, Donald Trump suggests that we ban all Muslims from entering the country. As ridiculous as this seems, he has supporters. How have we reached a point where we label all Muslims as terrorists? How far have we really come as a society? Racial profiling still exists yet we're encouraged to just tolerate it. How can we move beyond the hashtags and make real change in our society? We will talk about this on Justified Madness this week.

Advocacy for social causes is good but not so good when it comes to fighting racial injustice. Advocacy means you're sitting on the fence and while your sitting on the fence deciding what to do next, nothing happens and lives are being lost. Tune in to #SHEtalksWEtalkRadio on Wednesday November 25th at 10 AM CST to learn how to get off the fence and get into action to eliminate racism. My guest will be Louise Edington who knows first hand how damaging being an Advocate is and what she did to move closer to becoming a White Ally. Call in LIVE or listen in here online. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/shetalkswetalk
For the most part, I'm not talking about blatant, in-your-face "N word" confrontations. I'm talking cowardly, ingrained, without-a-thought and possibly subconscious behaviors which tacitly and overtly tell a person they're valued less by society than those with White skin.
Have you ever been accused of getting into a school because you were Black and NOT because you were damned smart, studied your behind off, applied for early decision and were in the top 10 percent of your class?? A school at which you'd eventually make the Dean's List? I have.
-Have you ever been detained, not just pulled to the side, but detained in a separate holding area at an airport with other people of color and no one else who was detained was White? I have.
-Have you ever had your voicemail called in the middle of the night and had the caller yell "NIGGER" on the same day you wrote a story that prominently featured and was about a health issue that primarily affects Blacks? I have.
-Have you ever been told to use the porta-potty (as an adult) in a rich White subdivision instead of the one in the WELCOME center you just walked into? I have.
-Have you ever been interviewing someone who very clearly assumed you were White and went on and on about "those people" moving in and ruining "my" neighborhood? Then had to meet the person face-to-face and watch their chin drop? I have.
Robert's guests are Byron Durham , Erin Heaney (national ), Christine Irvine, Chicago from Standing Up for Racial Justice
The civil rights movement of the 60s was a rainbow in terms of both race and age; young and old, black and white worked together to achieve voting rights and roll back segregation in the south. As new voter suppression laws are introduced nationwide, unarmed African Americans are gunned down in the street by police, it will take another multi-racial, multi-age movement to achieve racial justice.
Robert's guests will discuss how the struggle for racial justice is everyone's fight.
Mis-educated in history and culture, the Prince Hall Mason finds in himself suffering from Masonic inferiority caused by a complex of racial inferiority. Nearly 400 years of living in a white dominated society has left a long and lasting mark on African-Americans. The racial attitudes are so deep and institutionalized it has affected not only the way whites view blacks but the way blacks view blacks. Blacks seem to only make their way of life valid only through European standards. In 1853, Dr. Martin R. Delany, a Prince Hall Mason wrote and published a book titled, “Origin and Objects of Ancient Freemasonry its Introduction into the United States and Legitimacy Among Colored Men”, In this treatise, he discusses the African origins of Masonic principles and that the Caucasian Freemason cannot deny to the African his birthright to practice the principles which were in existence before the establishment of its principles within European civilization.
“In the earliest period of the Egyptian and Ethiopian dynasties, the institution of Masonry was first established. Discovering a defect in the government of man, first suggested an inquiry into his true state and condition. Being a people of a high order of intellect, and subject to erudite and profound thought, the Egyptians and Ethiopians were the first who came to the conclusion that man was created in the similitude of God. This, it will be remembered, was anterior to the Bible record, because Moses was the recorder of the Bible, subsequent to his exodus from Egypt, all his wisdom and ability having been acquired there; as a proof of which, the greatest recommendation to his fitness for so high and holy an office, and the best encomium which that book can possibly bestow upon him in testimony of his qualifications as its scriptor, the Bible itself tells us that "Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians."

This show will examine whether Flint's water supply was intentionally poisoned as an act of genocide as Councilman Wantwaz Davis and film maker Michael Moore have both stated.
Back in December, before the crisis became a national news story, Moore tweeted:
This is a racial killing, Flint is 60% African American. When you knowingly poison a Black city, you are committing a version of genocide. If this were elsewhere, and the white leader blocked a Black city's clean water supply and made them drink poison, we'd call it ethnic cleansing.
