Jeff Dale was born and raised on the south side of Chicago and was taught how to play the blues by two itinerant blues musicians from the west side when he was 13 years old. He ended up in Southern California, recording and playing until 1988 when he disappeared.
He is back now with his band, the South Woodlawners and their new album is entitled Good Music. I will chat with Jeff, try and find out what was going on during that 20 year absence and listen to his music.

"Musicians You Should Know"
Oh yes Mr. Bill, those two maniacal misfits are going to brandish their microphones and spew a cacophony of liturgy on stupidity, dumb ass politicians and God only knows what else. You know Mad Mike and Bitchy Mitchy threw political correctness out the window a verrrrrry long time ago, and they never tried to find it again. As always, BM will have his way of spinning a few things way off the beaten path, but as always, Mad Mike will be there to TRY and reel him back in. We're working on having a surprise for you as well and if we're successful, we'll update you on the Facebook radio page and Twitter.
We know we'll have a lot to talk about, and, to laugh about. So come and join us, Sunday night at 7 p.m. on Blog Talk Radio.
From the threat of Ebola, the ISiS problem, looming midterms, the continued, disenfranchisement of voters and the completely inane, yet somewhat entertaining, antics of the GOP, have made for a busy week.

Relationships - Self Love Relationship - Loving oneself means caring about oneself, taking responsibility for oneself, respecting oneself, and knowing oneself (being realistic and honest about one's strengths and weaknesses). In order to be able to truly love another person, a person needs first to love oneself in this way.
Loving yourself is an important part of enjoying and getting the most out of your life. It's also crucial for getting and maintaining satisfying relationships with others. Loving yourself is mainly having self-respect, which is the only dependable way to create love in your own life. To be able to be loved, you must love and respect yourself as much as you do others.
Stop trying to be perfect. Stop criticizing yourself for being less than perfect. Always do your best, but not reaching perfection is not failure. Don't let anyone's expectations of you put any pressure on you. Remember that no matter what, you will always be perfect just the way you are, flaws and all.

Certain ideas were suggested that would give the business owners a larger part in insuring the safety of not just the business but the community also..
We want to discuss this with the community as a whole, we need your input on what you think the owners should and can do to resolve the issues, I say close at ten o'clock but not just that..
