What does it take to write "laugh out loud funny and heart-poundingly sexy" multicultural romance? Join us as novelist L.V. Lewis talks about love, sex, alphas, and Jungle Fever Press.
Growing up, L.V. Lewis wanted to be an internationally known rock star, but unfortunately, lived in the wrong part of the country to pursue that career (and neither American Idol nor The Voice were available then). An early love for the written word gave her the plan B she sought. Her career as a contract manager was not creative writing by a long shot, but it didn’t require her to spend the hundreds of thousands of dollars required for a law degree. It does pay the bills while she dabbles in the publishing world as an author on the evenings and weekends.
LV lives in Florida with her husband. They are the parents of four children, three of whom don’t think they need their parents anymore, so they share their home with a sweet female German Shepherd and an alpha male Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix who thinks he rules the world.
Her love for writing is only eclipsed by her love for her family. Some of her books are Fifty Shades of Jungle Fever and The Ghetto Girl Quadrilogy.
December 1, 2015, begins the march toward a new year and a new focus if we so choose. I choose the new focus and I hope you will join me on this journey as we wrap up 30 days of watchful legislative action as every year-end pushes topics and agendas that many in the state and federal legislative think we are not paying attention to, but we are, oh, yes we are!
Today we begin that march with regular guests Ryan Fishman with the Fishman Group, Mark Brewer with Goodman Acker and Chad Selweski. Topics will be diverse and carry messages I hope you will help me deliver to a wider audience. The goal, as always, is to empower more people to facts and truth so that change can and will happen, even if it is one person at a time. Please pay attention today as you will get information here that no one else is discussing in this kind of detail and we will give you direct access to insider information, analysis and opinion based in reality. That is a promise Tony keeps daily!
Join us on-air by calling 347-308-8392 or e-mail Tony at email@example.com. You can like us on Facebook at Tony Trupiano or at The Voice of the People and on Twitter @tonytrupiano and @ VOTPTony.
So, here we are again. Another horrible tragedy, another round of emotion... lather, rinse, repeat.
Are we sick of it yet? Do we have to keep going around in circles over this same damn thing every single week?
I don't know why I bother. No one cares to actually make anything better, other than their own feelings in the moment. Everyone just wants to sit on their high horses and howl about their rights while people have to suffer and die every single day, all around the world. But, that's OK, you can just blame it all on Obama and suck the barrel of your gun like it's a pacifier.
Friday the 13th, November 2015, saw the terrible bombings in Paris, France. Paris is just one of many cities that has suffered at the hands of terrorists world wide in recent weeks. KaliSara and RevKess will discuss this media imbalance as well as other issues that are of interest to the global Pagan community.

2016 US Presidential Campaigns
Sanders on democratic socialism
Carson on Biblical accuracy (or craziness)
Mother Nature reminds us that She is in control
Join RevKess and KaliSara this week for another rousing discussion of news and views from Pagan perspectives. KaliSara will share her popular "KaliSara's News in a Flash" segment.

One of the most vicious gangsters to ever walk the streets of Newark is free to roam again after serving a 15 year prison sentence. Respected and feared by all, and loved by only a few, the Black Charles Manson was sentenced to death by lethal injection after his conviction for a trail of gruesome murders. The streets were finally able to breathe freely, believing that he would die in prison. His fate was sealed - until he met another Newark legend, the notorious kingpin, the Mayor.
! The Mayor controlled a great percentage of Newark's heroin trade for only five years as a free man, but as a Federal prisoner, he managed to control that trade for over a decade and a half. From behind bars, the Mayor spent over a quarter of a million dollars cash to secure Man- son's freedom. In return for the funding, Manson offered his lifesaver control of his army to use at his disposal. Once the Mayor was finally released, Manson submitted his army over to him as promised.
! With the Mayor's high quality heroin coupled with Manson's army behind him, they had the perfect recipe for success. Manson issued strict orders for his army to provide 24-hour pro- tection over the Mayor. Somehow his orders were disregarded and the Mayor was assassi- nated. How or by whom, Manson has not a clue. For years he's sat in prison praying he could get back on the streets to get revenge. Now, his prayers have been answered.
! As a free man, Manson discovers the code of the streets have changed drastically, and the hit on the Mayor came from within Manson's own camp. A man on a mission; will he track the murderer down and have his revenge, or will he be devoured by the new era of gangsters and meet the same fate as the Mayor?
