Welcome Titus 2 Tuesday's Special Guest Pastor/Author/Talk Show Host Monica Schmelter
Thousands of people across the United States have been blessed by hearing Monica speak. From her Nashville-based talk show “Bridges” to conferences, churches, workshops and other events, Monica works with ministries and events that want the life-changing truth of God.
Monica is an example of one person fully surrendering themselves to Christ. She enthusiastically shares her journey so that others will take their own steps of faith, becoming all that Christ created them for, one step at a time. Now she introduces her new book "Does This Make Me Look Fat". In this book she readily admits that she, like most women has had more than one bad hair day and opted to stay home rather than go out and have fun. Monica says “It’s not the desire to look our best that gets us off track, but it’s the unrealistic and unhealthy beauty standards promoted in the media that can leave even a Jesus loving girl feeling like she’s not pretty enough. Thus, our Mirror Mirror on the Wall relationship usually starts young and lasts a lifetime. We gaze into the mirror with questions and look intently for answers. Come share and be inspired by Monica on this Titus 2 Tuesday!

The moment of truth arrives. A bright day in Santa Monica entices lots of voters out to vote early. Callers are happy to talk about why they voted for the candidates they chose to represent them on the new City Council.. And in this city the vote is only the beginning because a recall movement is gathering steam already!
