    Classically trained pianist since age 6, Molly Roth has been combining her compositional skills, piano expertise, and soulful vocals in writing contemporary pop music with elements taken from a variety of genres including soul, jazz, and recently trip-hop/hip-hop elements.
    Molly is featured in Emmy award-winning filmmaker, Mike Bloebaum's documentary, "My Musical Life" airing world-wide on PBS in 2010 and 2011. She has a music degree from UC Berkeley and currently lives and performs in Los Angeles, CA with her band as a solo artist. She is writing a new E.P, which she says, "is unlike anything I've done previously", to be released next winter in 2014

    Elaine Wood is married with three children. She and her family live in Jacksonville, FL where she is a full time teacher, full time mother, and in her spare time she writes. Elaine was born in Jamaica, New York but moved suburban Long Island at the age of five. A transplant from Long Island, New York to Florida at the age of 27, Elaine homeschooled her three daughters and was very involved in Girl Scouts for 17 years. After her volunteer work ended Lainey found she had plenty of time on her hands. That's when the writing bug struck. She began writing poetry and short stories but soon found she needed more of a challenge, Tatiana's Chance is Elaine Wood's debut novel and the first book of the Tatiana series. She is currently working on the second book in the Tatiana series, which will be released at the end of 2014.     Chris made the film “Forgetful Not Forgotten,” which was about his personal family experience with his Fathers dementia. Chris is currently working on a feature documentary project about younger caregivers dealing with a parent with Early Onset Alzheimer’s called Much Too Young.

She works with dementia patients using a facilitation process that includes sensory props, poetry recitation, and memory triggering questions.     Host, John Allin welcomes Brian Birch the Chief Operating Officer of the Snow & Ice Management Association.  Brian graduated with a BS in Anthropology from the University of Wyoming in 2001 and earned a Masters of Science in eBusiness in 2003.  After his graduate work, Brian worked as a marketing assistant for the University of Wyoming.


    Brian began working for SIMA in 2004 as the Membership Administrator.  He has traveled extensively promoting the association and working with its members.  He briefly served as the Interim Executive Director for SIMA while they searched for a new Executive Director after my departure.


    Brian and his wife, Maria, live in Columbus Ohio with their son Henry.  He was born and raised in Green River Wyoming which explains his love for the outdoors, especially camping and fishing.
