Patriots of Britain - Arriving in the UK ~ The Hijra Marches On

    in Politics Conservative

The floodgates were opened for Calais migrants to come to Britain after a court ruled four Syrian refugees should be immediately brought across the Channel to escape the "intolerable" conditions of the notorious Jungle camp.

The young men were desperate to be reunited with their family in Britain and faced "living hell" conditions at the infamous makeshift migrant camp, the hearing was told.

The ruling was today declared a "groundbreaking judgement" and could be set to pave the way for other migrants wanting to cross the Channel.

The refugees - two teenagers, a 17-year-old and his mentally ill 26-year-old brother - have a legal entitlement to seek asylum in the UK because they have relatives living here.

But under EU law they would only be allowed to join their family in Britain if they had already applied for asylum in France.

However, lawyers in Britain successfully argued they should be brought to the UK because of bureaucratic failings in France and the refugees' entitlement to a family life under Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights.

Their case was heard today at the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal in central London. Pegida UK are NOT impressed.
