Immigration and the re-settlement of supposed Syrian refugees in the United States will be my focus this evening. Two weeks ago I was the keynote speaker at an event in Spartanburg, SC that focused on the plans of the administration to have Syrian refugees moved to that town. I also addressed the County Council on this issue. Incredibly, the council has refused to address the concerns of the residents of Spartanburg.
Increasingly politicians at all levels refuse to truly represent their constituents.
Here are the links to some of my latest articles:
On October 7th FrontPage published, “Syrian 'Refugees' and Immigration Roulette: How the government is recklessly playing with American lives.”
On October 1st FrontPage published, “Concealing the Facts on Refugee Resettlement: A case study on how the media and duplicitous politicians hide the truth from the public.”
On September 30, 2015 CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) published, “Refugee Resettlement Program Raises Unsettling Issues.”
Meanwhile the administration has announced plans to release thousands of “non-violent” prisons convicted of drug-related crimes while the number of Sanctuary Cities has grown to more than 340.
Please get involved and make your voices heard by all of your elected representatives- Democracy is not a spectator sport!
Today my focus will be on the refugee crisis that is sweeping across Europe and is impacting the United States as well. This crisis is beginning to look more like an invasion. Last year The Social Contract published my article, “Invasion America” in its Fall 2014. What I stated then has gained new relevance today.
On September 15, 2015 FrontPage Magazine posted my article, “The Refugee Crisis Must Not Undermine U.S. National Security~ America's enemies must not be permitted to turn our compassion into a weapon to use against us.”
On September 10, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Educating Our Adversaries ~ Why educating foreign STEM students is bad for American workers and national security.” Even as American companies continue to fire American STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) professionals, our colleges continue to provide ever more foreign workers with degrees in those important fields. Our universities are training competitors for struggling American professionals and also providing adversarial countries with armies of high-tech workers who re enabling their military to gain a technological edge.

Once again I will be focusing on the immigration crisis and the way that failures of border security are destroying our nation and our kids' lives.
On August 14, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my commentary, “American Kids Pay Heavy Price for Obama's Border Failure:The source of the nation's heroin epidemic.” This article can be thought of as the sequel to my June 27, 2015 article for the CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) website, “Heroin Epidemic: The Real Metric for Determining Border Security.”
While the mainstream media has all but been “missing in action” where immigration has been concerned, to their credit, Brian Ross and Matthew Mosk of ABC News have conducted an important investigation into immigration fraud and how it undermines national security.
On August 12, 2015 ABC News posted the report, “Dozens of Fraud Investigations Target US Immigration Program for Rich Foreigners.”
Senator Chuck Grassley has been the force behind the Senate Judiciary Committee's investigation into this extremely dangerous and fraud-ridden program. You will likely be shocked to find out just how much damage this has done to U.S. national security and which countries are using this program.
I hope you will share this information with as many folks as you can to help my “Bucket Brigade of Truth!”
Democracy is not a spectator sport!
Immigration will be my focus for the show today and after watching the first of the televised Presidential debates yesterday, August 6th, it is clear that immigration is finally being recognized as being a significant issue for the politicians who are seeking the Presidency. However, even with this new focus, largely the result of some fiery statements by candidate Donald Trump, most of the focus was on illegal immigration and the US/Mexican border.
Even with this new interest in immigration, when a list of the major concerns Americans have is compiled, the economy, jobs and national security generally surpass immigration. In reality immigration is a primary factor in all of those concerns- if not the primary factor. I wrote about this in my August 4, 2015 FrontPage Magazine article, “Immigration and the Presidential Debates- The burning question on voters' minds.”
Governor Chris Christy really got into a spirited “one on one” with Senator Rand Paul about the Patriot Act and the NSA. Governor Christie invoked the issue of the terror attacks of September 11, 2001, yet he is an advocate for providing unknown millions of illegal aliens with lawful status and official identity documents. This would absolutely ignore the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission. In point of fact, I wrote an extensive analysis of the nexus between immigration, national security and the findings of the 9/11 Commission in my article for The Social Contract's Summer 2015 edition, “The 9/11 Commission Report and Immigration: An Assessment, Fourteen Years after the Attacks.”
Democracy is not a spectator sport!
My focus on this evening's show will be these three articles that have been published this past week:
The Summer 2015 edition of the quarterly journal, The Social Contract, just published my in-depth analysis of the nexus between immigration and national security and the threat of terrorism, “The 9/11 Commission Report and Immigration: An Assessment, Fourteen Years after the Attacks.”
On June 28, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Illegal Aliens Are Not 'Law Abiding' - The vital importance of America's immigration and inspection laws.”
On June 27, 2015 CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) posted my article, “Heroin Epidemic: The Real Metric for Determining Border Security.”
We will also consider what Rick Perry had to say when he appeared on Fox & Friends this week and was asked about his position on “in-state tuition for illegal aliens.”
Democracy is not a spectator sport- get involved!
Today we will be focusing on Immigration and how the Administration is failing to protect America and Americans.
We will consider my latest articles and much more!
Today, June 26, 2015, CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) posted my article, “Prosecutorial Deception: The $21 Billion DHS Betrayal” in which I focused on the testimony of the DHS Inspector General at a Congressional oversight hearing. That hearing and the Inspector General's testimony was also the focus of my June 24, 2015 FrontPage Magazine article: “Obama’s Actions on Immigration Lack Accountability » An Inspector General’s warning about Obama’s amnesty insanity.”
We have a year and a half of this administration remaining. Certainly much can happen in the next 18 months. What we also should now be focusing on is how the Presidential candidates are likely to address the monumental failures of the immigration system that undermine national security, public safety, and the plight of hard working Americans and our nation's economy. So many other issues are also getting hammered- yet most mainstream news organizations fail to properly cover what is no less than an immigration crisis.
My program will not mince words- Please tell your friends and neighbors to tune in!
Democracy is not a spectator sport!
My focus today will be on Immigration and the impact of the failures of the administration to enforce our immigration laws and secure our nation against those aliens who would enter the United States illegally or with the goals of violating our laws after being admitted into the United States.
This evenging we will begin by considering my two most recent articles:
On June 18, 2015 the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s FrontPage Magazine, published my most recent article: “Theft By Deception: The Immigration Con Game » How politicians are robbing citizens of access to the American Dream.”
On June 16, 2015 Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) posted my article: “Immigration System Must Work for Best Interests of Americans.”
Additionally.you may be shocked to find out what the Inspector General for the Department of Homeland Security, or as I have come to refer to it, the Department of Homeland Surrender said during his testimony on June 17, 2015 when the Subcommittee on National Security and the Subcommittee on Health Care, Benefits and Administrative Rules conducted a joint hearing concerning “A Review of the President's Executive Actions on Immigration.”
I have written a commentary about his testimony that will be published next week- tonight I will provide you with some incredible information that every American must have!

Today's show will focus on the H-1B Visa Program that betrays highly skilled and highly educated American STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) professionals
Politicians insist that we need to import hundreds of thousands of additional high-tech foreign workers so that "America can lead." I noted in my article for FrontPage Magazine, Immigration Reform: Behind the Bumper Sticker Slogans » That America is more than mountains, forests, cities, rivers and lakes, that America is comprised of its citizens of every race, religion and ethnicity.
The title of my recent article for Californians for Population Stabilization sums up the reality being ignored by all too many politicians, “For America to Do Well, Americans Must Do Well!”
On my program today, I will be joined by a guest, Gene Nelson, PhD and our focus will be on the H-1B Visa Program.
Here is my guest's bio- in his own words:
Brief Bio: I've been an activist for the employment rights of experienced American citizen technical professionals for over 3 decades. I'm a prolific writer. I've testified twice in the U.S. House of Representatives regarding the harms of the controversial H-1B Visa program - and twice to the National Academy of Science on the same topic. I earned a natural science Ph.D. in the field of radiation biophysics.
