    The Kwanzaa principle of Ujamaa means "To build our own businesses, control the economics of our own community and share in all its work and wealth."  Is this the economic principle thät governs the Black Community today?  If not what is the governing economic principle "undergirding" the community?  What is the state of Black Businesses in America today?  Are they being sucessfully supported by the community?  If not, how can the support system be improved?  Should we encourage our children to pursue careers as entrepreneurs?  Who really controls the economics of the Black Community?


    A panel of business advocates and community economist will explore the world of Black Economics with a focus toward "problem solving" and meaningful solutions.
