The sounds of children at play"
There are many, many aspects of culture that many of us take for granted so inherent and integral they have become within our various cultures. One of these gems is children!
Children, yes children and how wonderful, truly wonderful children can be!
Of course then there are those times when they try us beyond our patience pushing us to the brink of insanity and many of us not realizing that these beings staring up at us with those eyes and facial expressions are PROFESSIONAL CHILDREN who are very skilled in how to irritate parents to get what they want!
Then there are those many tales, tales that even in adulthood these rascals still keep those secrets of their behind their parents backs activities, activities that would fail our hearts at their discovery and activities that remain unknown to their parents beyond the years of childhood.
We all remember!
Then there are those many mornings when we want so desperately to sleep in only to be awakened by their out of doors activities, laughter, screams, and squeals of delight, fights and so on! DRIVES US NUTS SOMETIMES but oh how we love the sounds of children at play!
Children playing outside with their friends and in the suburbs up and down the streets as though they were insane!
When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn. "~ Harriet Beecher Stowe
Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase.

Hatred paralyzes life; love releases it.
Hatred confuses life; love harmonizes it.
Hatred darkens life; love illumines it.

These stories are heart-warming stories of mine, as well as, other people's stories of survival in the world of ups and downs because it rains on the just and the unjust. The Kingdom of God advances through us, Jesus' vessels. This vessel is an avenue for The River of God to flow. Let the words cleanse you, refresh you, encourage you, heal you, and love you. God is love and He has given us each other to comfort and encourage, edify and build up each other, especially in these last days.
Don’t let the title fool you. This is NOT about religion.
This is a charming, soaring fictional and spiritual dialogue with a deeper purpose.
A humble, compassionate, uplifting embrace of the worlds’ poor and the heart in EVERYONE!
“The only question that is important . . . is what is in your heart . . .”
Bespeaks the deep love of God, Man and Nature
This is a fascinating story, a true love story that takes us deeply and joyfully into the spiritual minds of two people who travel their own unique paths to their own destinies.
This book speaks to everyone, or every culture, nationality and religion.

Memphis, TN – Ministry means service. Whether it’s nursing or feeding the homeless, when you have the gift of serving others, you would do it for free.
Linda Kinnard is the founder of Beautiful Beginnings Life Ministries, a coaching ministry dedicated to serving individuals to reach a greater place in their life. Linda founded her Beautiful Beginnings following a 20-year career as a registered nurse.
“I’ve always been a coach, a leader, that’s been able to see the best in people,” says Linda. “Being a nurse, I have been shaped to understand love. Beautiful Beginning Life Ministries was borne out of a desire to expand. I bring energy, power, strength and I bring a genuine belief in the person.
“I love that we have the ability to strive, to use the potential we have to stretch ourselves and become more in the midst of obstacles,” says Linda. “That’s the type of coach I am. It goes hand in hand with ministry because you are inspiring people to reach a place they’ve never been before.”
Linda is the author of Daily Love Letters From God: PS. He Loves You. Published in September. the book is a modern day epistle written to believers to help them grow and mature in the principles of a Godly lifestyle.
“I’m most proud of the way I treat others. I don’t separate my love toward anyone. That’s why I wrote Daily Love Letters From God: P.S. He Loves You,” says Linda. “Every letter is constructed to help you understand God’s love.”

“Most people don't grow up. Most people age. They find parking spaces, honor their credit cards, get married, have children, and call that maturity. What that is, is aging.” ? Maya Angelou

Letters/Missives that move us, shake us and sometimes alteer the course of history!
Oh, the power of letters. They've fueled love affairs, severed friendships, ignited wars and settled them. Letters can convey the most profound thanks, apology or regret. Sometimes they contain world-altering ideas such as Albert Einstein's 1939 letter to President FDR urging him to start a nuclear war. Einstein later said he regretted sending that letter to FDR.
Whatever th content of the letter, it's not just the words that give letters their power, it's the emotional connection. Johnny Cash was still writing love letters to June, his wife late in life...he wrote "You still fascinate and inspire me!"
Letters, tangible proof of relationships...etc.
Letters have POWER...etc.
You don't have to be famous to...etc.
Letters inspire more...etc.
Take time to write...etc.
I love my mother, respect and honor her. But our mother-daughter relationship isn't always peachy-cream. I'll share how I feel about my mother, the sweet and bitter, in a letter to her...in recognition of Mother's Day.
This week we're writing letters to our mothers…and sharing excerpts tomorrow, Thursday, May 7, 6:30pm ET. She Struts Radio. My guests are Brother Emir Otto and Zakiyyah Lana. To listen, call 718.766.4468.
For the whole month of May we're focusing on our mothers. Write a letter to your mother and let me know if you'd like to share it on She Struts Radio one Thursday.
