On the show this week, Janet performs two healings; First one for Robin, who is looking forward to an event that will have people in attendance that she looks up to - but at the same time she is worried about seeing and meeting those same people whom are in a position of power or authority and in turn it evokes feelings of being less than. Janet explains that no soul is greater than the other and that there is equality because we are all necessary functions from the same pure essence light. Then Eileen, writes in for a request for healing regarding self love and loss; Janet works with the HS calling in divine strength and divine understanding.

Jennifer learned early that some of our most profound experiences aren’t the ones that are the most fun. Not because they deliver treasures, jewels or joy but because they teach you so much about you!
Healing from a traumatic childhood of dysfunction and molestation set Jennifer on a journey that would take her all around the world: from Europe to India, Bali and all across the United States. Living in Montreal, London, Gaithersburg, Maryland, Atlanta, Boulder Colorado and now the sunny Mojave desert of California; Jennifer has seized each moment and found sweetness in every breath.
She is an author, hypnotherapist, Certified Life Coach, mother of 3, Master Energy Healer and ordained minister. As a Scorpio, she unabashedly says she has enjoyed sexual expression. She assists women to find the Sacredness in Sex. Married and divorced 4 times, Jennifer is an empowerment and sex coach for women. Her motto is: If you don’t love being alone with you, how can you expect anyone else to? When we love ourselves completely and compassionately we stop beating ourselves up and gratefully appreciate each experience in our lives as another way to enrich and nurture our soul and others.
Relationships - Self Love Relationship - Loving oneself means caring about oneself, taking responsibility for oneself, respecting oneself, and knowing oneself (being realistic and honest about one's strengths and weaknesses). In order to be able to truly love another person, a person needs first to love oneself in this way.
Loving yourself is an important part of enjoying and getting the most out of your life. It's also crucial for getting and maintaining satisfying relationships with others. Loving yourself is mainly having self-respect, which is the only dependable way to create love in your own life. To be able to be loved, you must love and respect yourself as much as you do others.
Stop trying to be perfect. Stop criticizing yourself for being less than perfect. Always do your best, but not reaching perfection is not failure. Don't let anyone's expectations of you put any pressure on you. Remember that no matter what, you will always be perfect just the way you are, flaws and all.

My name is Lori Purdy Faitel and I am a Traumatic Brain Injury/TBI Survivor. And I am your host for THE SCIENCE OF HAPPINESS. I suffered a TBI many years ago, when I was 24 years old. As I speak to you I am 52 years old and very happy to share my age. Like many of us survivors of brain injury; I was clinically dead 3 times so…. it is proper to tell that I almost did not live to be 25, which makes being over 50 a blessing!
Back in the day, everything in my life was a dream come true. I was almost 25 years old, had a recent promotion in business which inspired me with dreams for my future. I was attending college at night, I had recently moved out of my parents home for the first time, I had many friends and I was on the fast track to a future of my dreams with the man I had been in love with, for about 5 years. THEN on a beautiful sunny spring morning as I drove on the freeway to my job a construction truck dropped bales of hay onto my windshield causing me to lose control of my car, spinning off the road and into cement construction material. From that point forward my dreams were taken away. I was diagnosed with a TBI, in a mild coma for 7 days and it took about 6 years of therapy and extensive study before I was able to function like an adult again. I understand that the world is not filled with happiness; But for an hour or so lets concentrate on things that help to create happiness.
My guests for Wednesday October 22 at 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, 7 Central, 6 Mountain or 5 Pacific; will be Michael Rocque and Leah Grace. Michael & Leah are co-creators of “Transformational Self-Love”…A workshop series and coaching program based on awakening people to The Transformational Power of Self-Love.

Self Love is giving one's self permission to be all that we are. This spills over into all other aspects of our lives, because self love is reflected in everything. When we’re at our best, we exude positivity and light. SELF LOVE IS the BEST ACT OF KINDNESS. If one wants to have meaningful and beneficial relationships, self-love needs to be a top priority. In a society that seeks to manufacture clones, maintaining self love becomes an act of courage and learned art to be reinforced through daily practice.
Our guest Ayanna Jordan of the Phoenix Rising Collective is on a mission to reinforce the art of self love. She states: "If love, kindness, peace, grace, and all those other beautiful things are what you desire, then why not make them your primary concentration from the start? So, here’s the commitment: No more “I don’t want” mantras. You’ve already established yourself in that area, right? Moving forward, affirm your life through positive, conscious thoughts and words that support your intentions and direct the energy where you REALLY want it to flow. This is the essence of self-love.”
Self-love translates into healthier, more supportive partnerships. It’s the foundation to a beautiful life."
