The Family Structure is one of the most important structures there is . The saying that "Family is everything" is so true.
I remember a time when dinner was one of the main focuses in the family household . Dinner Table conversations seem to be a thing of the past now . Which the families no longer communicating with one another and technology being the new parent , it seems as though the age old art of conversation in no more . Let's see if we can once again stir up conversation at the dinner table so that we can bring families back together .
Dinner Table vs. Technology
Parental Conversation no longer needed.....so you think.
Can we talk ?The saying that "Family is everything" is so true. Let's just start talking again .

Ty Shwortzz was born and raised in ONT, Canada.
From the very moment Ty could talk, music was a huge part of her life. Her father was a singer/keyboardist in the band "Back to Back" and she often went to his shows and practices.
Learning to play the Keyboard at the age of 4, she began to enjoy entertaining, even if it was just in the living room of her family home, often putting shows together for Mom and Dad and the odd family friend.
At the age of seven, she began performing in talent competitions and karaoke parties. At the age of 13, Ty began writing music and poetry.
In 2011, Ty had the opportunity to write a verse to a song for a contest, which consisted of a music video and recording session. The people who wrote the best verses became a part of the project titled "The Lean on Me Project" .
While presenting her part for the contest, another hopeful singer "Li'l Crunk", noticed her and offered to work together to create a single which would later be known as "Yeah Right". Ty was given an instrumental piece; she wrote the lyrics to it and provided lead and backup vocals.
2011 was also a big year for Ty as she performed on Canada D'EH in front of an estimated crowd of 3000. This was the first time performing her own piece from the previous contest! She also performed at an outreach for hunger event and played some of her original pieces for Jack Laytons’ Cancer Benefit.
In March, 2015, she was interviewed on "Brian The Hammer Show", which airs in L.A., with many interviews all over the world to follow as well as some overseas.
Ty will also be working together with singer/songwriter Melanie Warner (cousin of Patsy Cline).
Known as “The Tech Savvy Senior,” Sheila Finkelstein, is a 75-year-old grandmother. Her “kids” (educators and business people) often come to her for “how-to’s.” Even her son who teaches computers to high school students came to her a couple of years ago to learn how to use Twitter!
As a former teacher and current life coach, Sheila has had years of experience in honing her communication skills – – the very skills that are so handy in supporting seniors to have fun while learning how to thrive in the age of technology. First, she “tunes in” to expressed needs in order to discover just what is important to seniors, and then establishes what they want to accomplish. - See more at:

Forced to leave the workforce in 2000 by the onslaught of MS, Karen saw this as an opportunity to explore her lifelong desire to write. In February of 2014, Karen independently published an inspiring story of her journey so far with MS entitled On The Right Side, My Story of Survival and Success.
In March of 2014, Karen made her debut public speaking performance and has been hooked ever since. She is now launching a career as a motivational speaker and a life coach.
Ms. Magill believes that anything is possible and when she writes fiction, she leans towards the paranormal. She writes about extrasensory powers as if they are commonplace because, in her mind, we are all capable of those gifts.
To date, Ms. Magill is the author of four published paranormal novels, including the award winning The Bond, A Paranormal Love Story.
Karen lives in an eclectic area of Vancouver Canada and draws inspiration from the history and stories around her.
Inside My Head
There’s a hidden enemy
Lurking inside my head.
He attacks without warning,
Filling my days with dread.
I fear the release of slumber,
The enemy attacks in my sleep,
So I fight to stay awake,
Though the fatigue runs deep.
I may be numb, crippled or blind,
If the enemy has his way.
He taunts my dreams;
I dread the light of day.
