mselisa1 17 seconds ago It's just too bad it wasn't a fair fight. Unless you believe that someone 'defending himself' with a gun against fists is fair GZ was wrong in his actions: getting out of his car, NOT identifying himself (MAJOR) and NOT doing anything to try to defuse a situation (all of these by? his own admission).WeAreAll Trayvon 25 seconds ago So being that they are whiteman, as I am presuming, look like? you, does your 99.4 town that you live in feel so safe now? And I'm not mad at you Doug, really I'm not.smart dude 1 minute ago Why don't CNN let the trial works by Real Justice instead of this kinda ''TV court'' to? entertain us .CNN and other don't make any good thing to our society with it, but, course, they just have a lil' bit more rating. And Zimmerman juror has to speak IN THE TRIAL! Not in a tv show where the host thinks he's a judge.
We chat with BB 16 winner Derrick Levasseur and 3rd place finisher Victoria Rafael.
Real Talk Live 216 wants to know this evening Does The Justice & Health System Really Work. Does the Justice and Health system operates fairly or not fairly enough? Does the Justice System applies to everyone including the government, the banks, the cops, and even our own politicians or does the justice system picks and choses who it applies laws and punishment to? Should we be judge by our peers or should the justice system and even the the health system be redefined?
When we look over the landscape of America we see over crowded prisons, poverty rate increasing over 54%, plea bargaining being done in and out of the courts but as we look deeper into the justice system we hear the phrase innocent until being proven guilty. Some people have even argued that the justice system worries about costs compared to finding the real truth for a person on trial.
So this evening Real Talk Live 216 is making their studio a court room where our special studio guest Judge Anita Laster Mays from the Cleveland Municipal Court will be our presiding judge. ALL RISE COURT IN NOW IN SESSION!
Tune in on Tuesday September 23, at 8 PM CDT (What is Central Daylight Time?)
This week we will be discussing the Byron Case murder case with Byron's mother Evelyn Case, and the author of "The Skeptical Juror and the Trial of Byron Case,” John Bennett Allen.
We will be taking calls during the second half of the show. Please call (347) 850-1478 with questions and comments about the case.
Anastasia Elizabeth WitbolsFeugen was murdered on the evening of October 22, 1997. Her body was found in a cemetery with a gunshot wound to her face. WitbolsFeugen had been fighting with her fiancé Justin Bruton on the night of her murder. Bruton’s body would later be found behind an abandoned warehouse where he had taken his own life with a shotgun.
Police repeatedly referred to WitbolsFeugen’s death as a murder suicide but the case remained open for three years, until police received shocking information from Kelly Moffett implicating her ex-boyfriend Byron Case for the murder. Moffett and Case were friends with WitbolsFeugen and Bruton and were with the couple earlier in the evening before the murder occurred.
According to Byron's supporters, the prosecution's case was built primarily on the testimony of the embittered ex-girlfriend Moffett. They claim she implicated Case in an act of revenge because Case had ended their relationship. Supporters also claim that Moffett has a long history with drug abuse and mental illness. Case is currently serving two consecutive life sentences for murder based on her testimony. Did the false testimony of a vindictive ex-girlfriend take the freedom of an innocent man? Tune in to hear the details of this compelling case.

The show promotes and discusses the ideas of freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. I am not a republican, I am not a democrat. I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative. I will not allow you to define me, or force me to join one of your gangs. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. The idea that the United States may have been founded as a ‘Masonic Republic’ based on Utopian ideals is not a new one. In 1897, an American army officer named Charles Totten wrote “there are mysteries connected with the birth of this Republic”. Totten had been investigating the strange iconography of the Great Seal of the United States, and through his research became convinced that the birth of the American nation could be related to the Utopian vision of the Englishman Sir Francis Bacon, which he described in 1626 in his allegorical novel The New Atlantis.
In 1788, the year before becoming the first President of the United States, Washington did become Master of the Alexandria lodge in Washington, D.C., today known as the Alexandria Washington Lodge No. 22. The lodge became the site of the George Washington Masonic Memorial in 1932, a huge Masonic landmark modeled on the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria in Egypt, the ‘Pharos’.Secrecy is the freedom that zealots dream of; no watchman to check the door, no accountant to check the books, no judge to check the law. The secret government has no constitution. The rules it follows are the rules it makes up.
