    If you can’t run well you just won’t win in Obstacle Racing. It does not matter if you are part monkey and fly through the obstacles, the time lost running opposed to the time gained over an obstacle puts you at a serious disadvantage in OCR.

    Here is another tip: If you set your mind on pushing harder into your running program, you stand a better chance injuring yourself than improving your running splits.

    This episode is a down and dirty explanation of the things you need to focus on in training and why.     JS – Sim, boa tarde Luís, eu sou o Jorge da Silva, sou Técnico para as Organizações da Sociedade Civil ou seja, Técnico para o Desenvolvimento das Organizações da Sociedade Civil dos Médicos do Kwanza Norte através dos Médicos do Mundo.

    RA – Jorge, qual tem sido, durante o seu trabalho, acho que já te encontras à um bom tempo e conheces a realidade do Kwanza Norte em relação a sociedade civil, o que tens para nos dizer sobre as organizações da sociedade civil nesta Província?

    JS – Bem, à princípio já estou no KN ou seja já estou à caminho de quatro (4) anos trabalhando para os Médicos do Mundo, com relação o trabalho com as Organizações, ainda é novo, o Projecto é novo estamos à caminho de dois (2) anos e meio a fazer este trabalho, é uma sociedade civil fragilizada fruto do contexto que o País.
