Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes! Hear ye, hear ye! It is our position to not hide from controversy. We have often offered the Fair Tax Time Radio podium to folks who take an unpopular or controversial stance on a subject, and this Wednesday will be no exception. We welcome Tressy Capps as our special guest at 6PM Pacific, 9PM Eastern.
Capps is a candidate for the Fontana, CA City Council. She was fired from her real estate job and has received death threats since she posted a video of her confronting an Hispanic person who was flying a Mexican flag in her front yard. The video went viral with hundreds of thousands of views in just a few days, plus it was featured on many TV news broadcasts, locally and nationally. We will let her tell her story and introduce her to the Fair Tax.
Fair Tax Time is brought to you commercial free each Wednesday evening, 6PM Pacific time, 9PM Eastern, courtesy of Sheryl Hyatt, of Chapman Chrysler Jeep in Henderson, NV. “A Culture Is Born” The musical insight of Jon Locke, artist and CEO of Locke Music Group, emerges from lyrical melodies of deep emotions, passion, and desire born in the culture of soul. A culture of soul that Locke, a native of Chicago, says “doesn’t follow today’s trends” but searches to musical portray “who we are and what we do.” By tapping into the lifestyles of culture Locke’s brings a unique creativity of poetic rhythms for listeners’ pleasure and timeless remembrance.
“ You don’t need to be here, you need to be out there doing it.” – The words of Locke’s college professor are just a motivational driving force but a mission for his music production and new album “First Thoughts.” Trailblazing the summer of 2014 with the albums first release “Can’t Let It Go,” Locke introduces powerfully emotive guitar solos and erotically perceptive words to capture the craving and anticipation for an experience of love.
For Locke every collaboration and opportunity for production has played a pivotal role in his evolution as an artist and producer which lead him to start his own label in 2014. With the release of “First Thoughts” Locke Music Group is “getting out there and doing it” with meaningful music that will exceed the expectations of fans and new listeners to come.
