Iyami Aje It Is a name tied to a group of powerful women and primal mothers which represent power. The Iyami's symbols are the bird... but also bats... Birds can carry messages from heaven to earth and back. Bats are nocturnal and live in cave/wombs. They can see through the darkness and from different perspectives.. upside down. The Iyami Aje are also known as the witches.... The witches of ancient times were the elder women who instilled divine justice... They were and still are feared because of this same function. Justice is not just in carrying it out, but also having the divine insight through the spiritual eye to perceive the truth about a person or situation. In this way they could identify corruption at its roots..... but also have compassion because of the ability to see the source of the pain that caused the corruption.
Tonight we are discussing The Mothers’ Energies; ÀJË the ENERGY and THE PERSONAWe now know there is high demand for explanation for gbogbo awon Aje. Nevertheless, this knowledge is hard to come by. There are much deception surrounding this topic; some is intentional and some is coincidental. However, there is still a vast cloud shrouding the knowledge about The Mothers. Tonight, I will bring some clarity to the table on how much is understood of about Awon ÀJË. Nevertheless, there is the ÀJË pot and ÀJË staff; and, there is ÀJË, the persona. However, some deny that there is an Aje pot or even there is and Initiation i.e. Introduction to The Mothers, which again causes vast confusion. In Western society Awon ÀJË is considered to be witches. First of all it is an insult to call The Mothers, i.e. Awon Aje as witches, there Ase, powers are greater than that of the witches. Awon ÀJË wields enormous power.
On the last show we spoke abot the connection of
The Mothers in the works of "Precious", "The Color Purple", and "Beloved. So tonight we are going to picki up where we left off, with more analysis of these pieces of work pertaining to the Mother-daughter Aje relationship. It is well-known that Beloved is a re-membrance that re-orders the protocol of life's actions, and Aje of a woman in the character of Margret Garner who was a fugitive enslaved Afrikoid woman in 1856. She had been caught up in the Trapping of the world. As with She killd her own daughter and tired to kill herself. She rejoiced that the daughter was dead so that her daughter would never suffer the anguish of slavery and thet she woul never know the pains of a mothers suffering from enslavement at the hand of others.
Tonight, we area talking about Oya. Most os ys relate or refer to her as Orisa, the Warrior Woman who grows a beard like a man; she fighs the battles that Sango cannot win. In Odu, it has been said that she, the wife is stronger than her husband. To night we will discuss her as Iyami, she is Iyami, you know. She is one of The Mothers. I suspect from time to time we will discuss other female Orisa as well as Iyami. Since we already know that Yeye Osun is the First Iyami, it is appropo to disscuss some of the others. Tune in and join the discussion by calling 347 308 8392 at 8: p.m. EST. I think you will find it very rewarding!!! So, please tune!
Tonight, we are focusing on Aje the persona (spirit) and Aje the ASE.
First of all, Aje is born, not made; but if formally introduced i.e. initiated to Awon Aje, The Mothers or Wise Women. Aje is passed down from mother to daughter; and, sometimes it skips a generation and is passed down from grandmother. Rarely, does it skip more then one generation; however, it does. Remember situations are not always etched in stone. Aje is a feminine energy; thus, it contracts as well as constricts. Aje is a force that is naturally connected to the female energy. It is also binary in its structure, which holds within itself opposite poles of polarity i.e. the power to create or destroy, which makes re-birth possible and the restoration of balance.

This evening we are teaching on The Mothers i.e. Awon Aje; for The Mothers have said that all nations and generations know of them. We will be addressing some of the lands i.e. nations and territories this Massive Energy of Divine Femininity has been influential.
The Mothers reign from Mother Africa i.e. Akaboland to America to Australia and to Europe; also, from the Earth to the moon. Every drop of water in outer-space is part and partial of liquid universal energy, which ensures that all water is connected to a continuous global awareness.
