TVUH Global - What happened to Serena Shim in Turkey? #Justice4Serena

    in Politics

Serena Shim was many things. Daughter. Sister. Mother. Fiercely loyal friend to many. Determined and well respected journalist. Intrepid researcher. Studious documenter of evidence. American citizen. Truth seeker.

There are those who sought to describe her quite differently, however. Troublemaker. Irritant. Agent of misinformation. Threat. Spy. Target.

On October 19, 2014, Serena was killed under very vague circumstances while working in Turkey. The last sighting of her alive in public was in custody of the Turkish military. The same forces that were looking for her under the pretense of "questioning" regarding her allegations of covert support of ISIL forces by Turkey. The entirety of Serena's material regarding this story has disappeared, apparently forever. Corporate mainstream media, the US Department of State, the Erdogan government of Turkey and NATO have done and continue to do as little as possible to seek any answers or credible information regarding Serena's death.

That's not good enough for many. Operation Serena Shim has and will continue to bring this crime to the public consciousness. It will not end until Justice for Serena is achieved. Another campaign is coming soon and we request your attention and participation. @TimBestbudz, @7h4n47oZ and @steveshagwell will join us with the latest developments and plans to #SpeakSassysTruth

One of the trademarks of this show, is THE NOISE people make on the show, and Jay asking - who's making all that noise?  Noise is an irritant - a distraction - and unlike PUBLIC ENEMY with CHUCK D AND FLAVA FLAVE(?) who ask you to BRING THE NOISE - please PARK YOUR NOISE at the front door - 347-205-9366.

Health in your Hands: Essential oils that can help Sleep Disorders

    in Music

Health in your Hands: Essential oils that can help Sleep Disorders

All stress-related conditions, including insomnia, respond well to aromatherapy.

    How to use essential oils

For skin application the essential oil must be diluted in a vegetable carrier oil such as cold-pressed sunflower oil or sweet almond oil. Use 7 -10 drops of essential oil to 25ml (five teaspoons) of carrier oil for adults, 3-5 drops for children under seven and 1-3 drops for children under the age of three. Do not use essential oils on newborn babies.

Any oil can be used in the bath. Add 5-10 drops for adults, 3-5 drops for children over two, and only one drop of a very gentle oil such as chamomile or lavender for younger children.
Inhalation is also effective. Put one or two drops of a relaxing oil onto a handkerchief and tuck it inside your pillow to help you sleep.

A combination of essential oils may be used.

    Essential Oils for Sleep

A relaxing bath with essential oils of Roman camomile and geranium will help a person to unwind before sleep. A glass of camomile tea will complete the process.

A relaxant effect may be provided by oils of camomile, lavender, neroli, rose, and marjoram. Add a few drops to your bathwater or sprinkle a few drops on a handkerchief and inhale.

The following essential oils may be useful for management of sleep.

    Benzoin (Styrax benzoin)

    Useful for: Insomnia, anxiety.

Caution: Can cause dermatitis in some people.

    Jasmine (Jasminum officinalis)

Jasmine is relaxing and soothing, antidepressant, sedative, aphrodisiac, and expectorant. It is non-toxic, and non-irritant.

Useful for: Insomnia, depression, apathy, nervous exhaustion, stress, catarrh, breathing difficulties.

Israel: Iran has crossed nuclear 'red line'; Radioactive gases found from N. Korea nuke test (Second

    in News

    1. According to The Times of Israel, Major General Amos Yadlin, a former head of IDF Military Intelligence, said that Iran has essentially crossed the "red line" set by Israel for its nuclear activity, and the coming few months will be a crucial period.

    2. According to Reuters, radioactive gases that could have come from North Korea's nuclear test in February have unexpectedly been detected, possibly providing the first "smoking gun" evidence of the explosion.

    3. According to Ynet News, a French newspaper reported that Jordan has decided to allow Israel to use its airspace in order to monitor the situation in Syria and even attack the country's chemical facilities, if the need arose.

    4. According to The New York Times, two Syrian archbishops from Aleppo were abducted while traveling outside that besieged northern city, making them the most senior church clerics to become entangled as victims in the two-year-old civil war.

    5. According to Reuters, Russia is studying changes to the U.S. missile defense program, but still wants guarantees that the system would not be used against Russia. U.S. and NATO plans to build an anti-missile shield around Western Europe to protect against attack from Iran and North Korea have been a major irritant in relations with Russia, which fears the system's interceptors could eventually shoot down its own long-range nuclear missiles.

Jesus Christ said in Matthew 26:64: "Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven."
