Freaks and Geeks’ Samm Levine:
William Shatner Is a Gigantic %&?@$#!
Call it The Revenge of the Geek. For years, Samm Levine – who’s featured in Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming WWII Nazi-hunting flick Inglourious Basterds – had been a William Shatner fan. But after coming face-to-face with the original Captain Kirk at a Billy Joel-Elton John concert recently, Samm isn’t exactly singing his praises. The one-time standup comic recounts how his impression of William helped him land the role of geek Neal Schweiber on Freeks. Later in the show, when asked, “Is Shatner aware that he’s responsible for your acting career?” Samm tells how the actor snubbed him repeatedly. Then he says, “There are only two reasonable excuses for that. One: He’s a gigantic a - - - - - -. Or two: He’s clearly just an old man with mad cow disease.”

"Tipping Point with Boone Cutler" was born and became the weekly stage for Boone’s raw Paratrooper, no-holds-barred style, becoming a hit over the air waves and online with ‘Soccer Moms’ and his fellow Warfighters that are still deployed in combat zones worldwide. Boone’s message is simple, “America has lost faith in what they used to believe were the heroes of Hollywood, America has become disgusted with the political climate of today so the only place to turn to and trust for leadership is the Warfighter”.

In POST GRAD, Alexis Bledel (GILMORE GIRLS, SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING PANTS) comes face to face with the cruel reality following college. Finding a job and emotional happiness is not nearly as easy or guaranteed as everyone has made it out to be.
In SPREAD, Ashton Kutcher is a lothario who is thrown off his game when he meets a woman as good at emotional mind games as he is. Anne Heche, Margarita Levieva and Maria Conchita Alonso co-star.
THE COVE is a documentary that begins to delve into the wonders of the undersea kingdom. It quickly turns into a modern crime story however as a group of activists expose horrible instances of animal abuse in a Japanese cove.

Best known for his role in the 1976 cult classic "Breaking Point," Bo Svenson is now utilizing his talents on the other side of the camera as the director of "Don't Call Me Sir!" a biopic of the life and career of groundbreaking judo legend Rusty Kanokogi, starring the 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist in Judo Kayla Harrison and we would love to set up an interview with you to discuss this inspiring film!
Born in Sweden, Svenson's acting career began after moving stateside and joining the USMC. Honorably discharged after six years of service, he soon secured the role of lumberjack 'Olaf Gustaven' in the hit TV series "Here Come the Brides," and cult classic hit "The Inglourious Basterds."
Film roles include his role as 'Reverend Harmony' in Quentin Tarantino's action-thriller "Kill Bill Vol. II", as well as a cameo in Tarantino's 2009 film "Inglourious Basterds" as a tribute to his previous role. In addition, he has appeared in nearly 60 films during his long career, including two of the "Walking Tall" films as Sheriff Buford Pusser; North Dallas Forty, Heartbreak Ridge, Speed 2: Cruise Control, and others.
Besides his acting and directing work, Svenson is an avid martial artist, holding black belts in judo, karate, and aikido. During his martial arts career, he won the 1961 U.S. Armed Forces Far East Judo Championship's Heavyweight division. His involvement in martial arts has earned him a spot in the Martial Arts Masters Hall of Fame, an honor bestowed upon him in 2009.
Seth Rogen caught a lot of shit Sunday after he tweeted a ridiculous comparison of the Chris Kyle autobiography film “American Sniper” with the Nazi propaganda film shown during Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglorious Basterds.”
While Tarantino’s World War II film is about a fake Nazi sniper who kills some 200 of his enemies, “American Sniper” is a fact-based film on Navy SEAL Chris Kyle and how he saved countless people during his life.
But it was a nice try, Rogen.
