This week Mark chats with Ian Watson
Ian Watson is an author, trainer and consultant who has worked in the field of natural health and personal transformation since 1988. He has written four books and many published articles, created numerous audio programmes and travelled extensively giving seminars, courses and retreats around the world.
Ian became widely known as a speaker and writer in homeopathy, which he taught and practised until 2003. He has also studied and practiced a wide range of techniques for emotional and psychological well-being, always seeking out the simplest and most effective methods he could find.
Ian’s work is now based exclusively on the understanding of mind, thought and consciousness, uncovered by the late Sydney Banks. Learning the principles has proven to be the ‘missing link’, pulling together all of the threads that Ian has explored during the past three decades.
Ian has completed an intensive Three Principles Trainer’s Training programme with Cathy Casey and Dr Mark Howard, and founded The Insight Space in 2013 as a vehicle for his own principle-based training programmes and seminars.
Ian has taught the principles to many groups in the UK and Ireland, and also in Croatia, Canada, Egypt, Finland, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece and the Czech Republic. He also works as a consultant trainer for a multi-national company.

Today on the Art 4 All People airwaves we are going to have an engaging dialogue with the Co-Founder's of Art is Moving and Art 4 All People. We will talk about Art as a form of Service, Art Break Day, Volunterism, and Transformation.
Art is Moving is a non-profit organization whose main goal is for all people to discover the benefits of art. Art matters and is a necessary component to a heathly society because it is an exquisite tool for learning about oneself, expressing one's emotions and thoughts, and offers the opportunity for a community to come together and grow. There are several ways to experience art and feel its positive impact. You can make it, talk about it, look at it - all are essential and Art is Moving exists to ensure that everyone is provided the opportunity to do all three without fear. Art is Moving's annual Art Break Day involves several cities from around the world coming together to offer FREE art making to anyone and everyone. It is easy to join in the fun, You can donate, sponsor, volunteer, or host an Art Break Day in your city.
Art is Moving is Co-Founded by Lauren Odell Usher Sharpton and (Art 4 All People's) Lisa Rasmussen
Week 4 is finally in the books and the Mountain West looked just OK from some teams, others looked really good and a few were down right stinkers. Per usual, we go through each game to talk about what we say, and one trend we saw was the excess of quarterback play.
San Jose State, UNLV, Hawaii and New Mexico all used multiple quarterbacks on Saturday and not to shock anyone, and all but New Mexico lost their game.
We get into the San Diego State vs. Oregon State game and put away the notion that some Aztecs fans want to bench Quinn Kaehler. There were issues on offense and play calling but part of that has to do with wide receiver Ezell Ruffin out, but the San Diego State defense did a great job against Sean Mannion.
We probably spend a bit too much time going over Boise State and fawning over how they are the best team -- they really are -- and see what teams they can lose going forward on its schedule, and there are a few.
Today we will have a lively conversaton with artist Carol DuChamp about the Art of Life and the Art of Trekking. She is fellow Arts and Healing artist and currently she is in our Art 4 All People exhibiton, MUSE: The Art of Transformation and Healing at the Institute for Art and Healing at Commonweal in Bolinas. Listen in for the transformation.
A local Bolinas resident, Carol Duchamp began her practice as a painter in 1985 under the watercolor mentorship of artist Jackie Kirk, and began exhibiting her paintings in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1993.
Indeterminacy and chance play a role, as does the element of water. Carol paints on pre-soaked 300-lb Arches watercolor paper. Her process takes place in the unplanned moment. This is both the beauty and the challenge. If the spirit is clear at the time of painting, access to intuitive resources becomes easier. If the mind is cluttered, the level of concentration is diminished and the result put at risk.
Carol is passionate about the healing powers of creativity, and imagination as essential creative principle. She taught Healing Art Transition courses at UC Santa Cruz Extension and enjoys helping others nurture their inner artist. She studied Transformative Arts at JFKU in Berkeley. She is founder and director of Art Trek, a small company that orchestrates travel study art classes to exotic such as France, French Polynesia, Italy, the American Southwest and Bali & Java, Indonesia. Carol is also a writer whose novella Garlic and Roses is nearing completion.
