    Writings of Abraham IV

    in Religion

    4. Behold, the day cometh when the seed of Ham shall again rule in this land and at that day thy seed shall be in bondage to them, but I will raise up a prince from among the Egyptians who shall lead them out of bondage and they shall inherit the land of Canaan, even that land which I have promised unto thee and to thy seed after thee for an everlasting inheritance.

    5. Moreover, from the loins of thine heir shall proceed the Messiah, even the Son of God, who shall walk upon the earth ministering to the poor and lowly, who shall be lifted up that the price might be paid for the original sin of Adam and for the sins of all mankind, that all who will believe on His name and receive His ordinances and keep His commandments should not perish but inherit everlasting life.

    6. Moreover, in the last days I will raise up out of the loins of thine heir a choice seer through whom the fullness of my gospel shall be restored to the earth and all things shall be restored as in the beginning.

    7. For upon him shall rest the priesthood of his fathers and he shall commence the organization of that holy order which was in the beginning of the world which shall be consummated before the Son of God shall walk again upon the earth.

    Writings of Abraham III

    in Religion

From the papyri found in Egypt 1831

1 AND when Noah was four hundred and fifty years old, he begat a son and he called his name Japheth.

2 Fortytwo years later he begat another son of her who was the mother of Japheth, and he called his name Shem.

3 Eight years later Noah begat a son of his wife Naamah, who was of the seed of Cain, and he called his name Ham, for he said, Through him will the curse be preserved in the land.

    CHAPTER 12

1 NOW Noah had taken a wife of the seed of Cain, and she was a righteous woman; nevertheless, the curse remained with her seed according to the word of God.

2 And Noah took her on this wise: For the word of the Lord came unto Noah, saying, Take unto thyself Naamah, the daughter of Lamech, who dwelleth here in the city of thy fathers, for she hath been faithful to my gospel, wherefore I shall preserve through her the seed of Cain through the flood.

3 This Lamech who was the father of Naamah was of the seed of Cain being the son of Methusael, the son of Mahujael, the son of Irad, the son of Enoch,
    the son of Cain.

    Sacred Sunday~Romans 4/God and Abraham

    in Religion

Welcome Church! We are here every Sunday to read the Bible, tell personal stories and pray together because when two or more are gathered.....In a non-judgemental down to earth format. God bless you every one! Today we are reading Romans Chapter 4!

How does Paul know all this? Because of Abraham. Remember him from way back in Genesis?Paul explains that the Bible tells us that Abraham believed in God, and because of this, God thought he was a swell guy. And it certainly wasn't because he was an awesome juggler (he wasn't). God liked Abraham because Abraham had faith in him. God is pretty big on people putting their faith in him.  Well, just remember that God was cool with Abraham before he was even circumcised. In fact, the main reason that Abraham got circumcised was to mark himself with a sign of his new relationship with God. So Abraham is basically a stand-in for everyone who has ever believed in God, but has not been circumcised. Gentile-Christians, we're looking at you. Like Abraham, no one has to work to get on God's good side. You just gotta have faith. Really, Paul says, if people could just go around doing nice things and win God's favor, then what would be the point of believing at all? When God promised Abraham that he would have lots of kids and that he would go on to be "the father of many nations," Abraham didn't doubt God. Sure, Abraham was over a hundred years old. And his wife, Sarah, was pretty much barren. But Abraham still believed it would happen. And you know what? It did. Now that's some strong believing. So there, Paul says. Faith! Abraham had faith in God's promises.  If someone believes in Jesus—that he died so that our sins could be crossed off God's ledger and that he came back to life so that we could be square with God again—then that person is a-okay by God. MaryLovesJusticePrayerMeeting: The Secret Rapture Already Began, Part 1

    in Politics Progressive

MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting begins a new lesson: "The Secret Rapture Already Began." GUESTS ARE INVITED TO CALL (818)572-2947 at 9pmPacifc on Sunday nights. The bible does not teach that the Rapture is necessarily a single event, as is depicted in the best selling book, "Left Behind." The first recorded Rapture regarded Enoch, and only he was taken (Gen. 5:24). It is my belief that the Rapture could be happening in a series of cataclysmic events such as the earthquakes of Japan and Haiti, the flood of Katrina, and the destruction of the World Trade Center buildings. Why should God take His children all at once and warn sinners to repent?

Jesus told a parable about a rich man in hell who wanted Lazarus to be sent to earth from paradise to warn the rich man's brothers to repent and avoid hell. "Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them" (Luke16:21). God is apparently not interested in proving His Word to sinners or using miracles to convince them of His existence and power or His great love for them. The most miraculous thing sinners may see before dying and beginning to fall forever through hell's hot lava and flames could be Christian men and women standing before them like I am now to urge YOU to repent and be saved. "Today is the day of salvation."

"Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep [in death], but we shall all be changed" ~1 Cor. 15:51.
