PODCAST: Smartphone Apps Poised to Take Market Share from GPS Surveying Handsets

    in Technology

Welcome to the TerraGo Podcast Series. TerraGo recently released a new research paper titled, “Breakthrough Tech:  Smartphone Apps Poised to Take Market Share from GPS Surveying Handsets.”

The paper examines recent innovations that are disrupting GPS surveying technology markets across numerous industries, including energy, utilities, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, construction and agriculture.

The traditional suppliers of single-function GPS handhelds, including Trimble and Leica, face increasing pressure from smartphone and tablet solutions from iOS and Android survey app developers (TerraGo, FastField et al), especially when paired with high-precision Bluetooth GPS receivers (Bad Elf, SXBlue, EOS et al).

Companies are adopting these solutions to replace GPS handhelds, including software and support, and have reported dramatic cost savings, as much as 95%.

Today we are speaking with the author of this paper, Jim Hodges.  Jim is an award-winning journalist and expert in the geospatial arena.

The Aberration -Episode 19- The Pensmore Conspiracy

    Tuesday, December 10, 2013 @ 8pm EST/ 7pm CST

On NWO Truth Radio   -   Hosted by Cole Johnson

Pensmore is a mansion in the Ozark Mountains of Highlandville, Missouri. Home of Steven T. Huff and his family. Huff at one time worked in Army Intelligence and was a CIA Officer. Huff later founded Sensor Systems in 1993. The company, later known as Overwatch Systems, Ltd, develops and provides intelligence analysis, source intelligence, geospatial analysis, and custom intelligence solutions to the Department of Defense, national agencies, and civilian organizations in the United States and internationally. That's a fancy way of saying the Government pays for Overwatch to spy on us.

Pensmore is designed to be earthquake resistant, bullet proof, blast proof, tornado resistant, bug resistant, and fire resistant. The home is capable of withstanding an EF5 tornado. * Many theories out there including: Pensmore will be the New White House, Pesmore is connected to an Underground Highway that spans from Washington D.C. to Denver Colorado, and connected to an Underground City below Spingfield, Missouri. I will state the facts I have learned through my research. Additionally, I will state my personal hypothesis about this mystery that is Pensmore.
