Some shows are so well done that their reruns shoudn't go unwatched. These shows are no longer airing new episodes, but they're still our favorites. Others series have such intricate plot lines that it's good to revisit their earlier seasons to keep everything straight. This week The TV Talkers will discuss what television shows are deserving of a "rewatch".
As usual there will be a lot of laughing and randomness. It's like the best office water cooler talk every week!

Q Take long soaking baths with soft music and candles. I personally watch Frasier on Netflix while taking baths. It tickles my funny bone and I feel upbeat and happy after a long day. Going to sleep with happy thoughts will set you up for a better day tomorrow.
Q Walk. Get out and walk when you are feeling low. Put a smile on your face, even if you have to force it. Put one foot in front of the other and observe your surroundings. Notice the plants, count how many different kinds of flowers you see, even in winter there is beauty all around. Nature is our closest ally, because we are nature itself in a human expression.
Q Say hello to someone you don’t know. Just a smile and a quick acknowledgment of someone will put you on the path to happy. We all need someone to smile at us.
Q Keep the Gratitude list going, expand it, review the what your wrote before. SMILE, cause you can…
Wednesday one hour episode will feature a wide variety of music. Cohost Jeff Gafford and I will discuss many of our favorite pop culture and art interests. Those of you who call in with your interests make the show even better. As the title for this weeks episode implies, we will be talking about Frasier in his many incarnations as well. Our new one hour format will help keep things more to the point. Please tune in and call in.
