St. Columba - Patron of Derry, floods, bookbinders, poets, Ireland, Scotland. St. Columba 521-597, Born probaly in Donegal Ireland of royal descent he studied at Moville under St. Finnian then in Leinster at the monastery of Clonard under another St. Finnian. He was ordained before he was twenty-five and spent the next fifteen years preaching and setting up foundations at Derry, Durrow, and Kells. Possibly because of a family feud which resulted in the death of 3000 and for which he considered himself partly responsible he left Ireland at 42 and landed on the island of Iona off the coast of Scotland. There he built the monastery which was to become world famous. With SS Canice and Comgall he spread the gospel to the Picts; he also developed a monastic rule which many followed until the introduction of St. Benedicts. He died on Iona and is also known as Colm, Colum and Columcille. Feast day is June 9.

    1) What is the Atonement? http://heartsforthelost.com/biblical-teaching/what-is-the-atonement

    2) Limited atonement (or definite atonement or particular redemption) is a doctrine accepted in some Christian theological traditions. It is particularly associated with the Reformed tradition and is one of the five points of Calvinism.

    a) For many this doctrine is the hardest for people to agree with. Did Jesus die for every single person that ever lived or did Jesus only die for some? If Jesus atonement was only limited to the elect does that mean that God doesnt love everyone? The Bible says in John 3:16 that whosoever, doesn't that mean whosoever? Well hopefully tonight on the show my guests can help us understand this doctrine of limited atonement and why we believe this is the bibl

ONE STANDARD! ONE ATONEMENT FOR MISALLEGIANCES ie. SIN!

    in Religion

YAH is NOT the AUTHOR of CONFUSION!   45,000 DENOMINATIONS, POLLUTED, DIVERSE PARTIALITIES are NOT the result of BAPTISM in the HOLY SPIRIT!    SAVING AT-ONE-MENT is NOT after IMAGININGS of MEN!     ATONEMENT with YAH is NOT after FOOLISH STANDARDS; WORLDLY CONCEITS we SEE!   SALVATION beyond WORLDLY MISrepresentative ALLEGIANCES is by FAITH in what YAH HIMSELF reveals! (Ephes.2-4)

John 14:6  Yeshua said, "I AM the WAY, and the TRUTH, and the LIFE; no one finds ATONEMENT with FATHER, but through Me.

Isa 44:20  Their imagination is dull; they are surely gone astray, and they CANNOT DELIVER THEMSELVES, nor discern wherein with their RIGHT HAND they have entrusted DECEIVERS.

Rom 14:10  But YOU, why do YOU judge your brother? Or YOU again, why do YOU regard your brother with contempt? For WE shall ALL stand before the JUDGMENT SEAT of YAH.  11  For it is written, "AS I LIVE, SAYS THE LORD, EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW TO ME, AND EVERY TONGUE SHALL GIVE CONFESS UNTO YAH!."

    St. Catherine of Bologna

    in Religion

Rebroadcast of the long running radio program, "The Ave Maria Hour", a presentation of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement. www.AtonementFriars.org

St. Catherine of Bologna, Virgin (Patroness of Artists) Feast - March 9th Born in 1413, Catherine de Vigri was the daughter of a diplomatic agent of the Marquis of Ferrara. At the age of eleven, she was appointed maid of honor to the daughter of the Marquis and shared her training and education. When the daughter eventually married, she wanted Catherine to remain in her service, but Catherine left the court and became a Franciscan Tertiary at the age of fourteen.

Catherine had determined to live a life of perfection, and was admired by her companions for her holiness. Eventually her Community became part of the Poor Clares. She soon began to experience visions of Christ and Satan, and wrote of her experiences, one of which occurred one Christmas. Through her efforts with Pope Nicholas V, the Poor Clare convent at Ferrara erected an enclosure, and Catherine was appointed Superioress. The reputation of the Community for its holiness and austerity became widespread. She then was appointed Superioress of a new convent in Bologna.

In Lent of 1463, Catherine became seriously ill, and she died on March 9th. Buried without a coffin, her body was exhumed eighteen days later because of cures attributed to her and also because of the sweet scent coming from her grave. Her body was found to be incorrupt and remains so today in the Church of the Poor Clare convent in Bologna. She was canonized in 1712.

St. Catherine eagerly responded to her call to lead the religious life. Her piety, charity, and kindness attracted many to follow her along the road to perfection. The beauty of her life and death encourages us to resolve to live in perfect charity as a Lenten goal.

    St. Isabel of Portugal

    in Religion

Rebroadcast of the long running radio program, "The Ave Maria Hour", a presentation of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement. www.AtonementFriars.org

Born in 1271, Queen Isabel was married to King Diniz (or Dinis). Like her great-aunt Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, for whom she was named, Saint Elizabeth of Portugal dedicated her life to the poor. She established orphanages and provided shelter for the homeless. She also founded a convent in Coimbra.

There are many versions of the story of Queen Isabel's miracle of turning bread into roses, but they are all fundamentally the same. She is said to have been forbidden by her unfaithful husband to give to the poor. Having hid bread to give away in her apron, she encountered King Diniz, who asked her what she was carrying. Not wanting to let on that the contents of her apron were meant for the poor, she responded that they were roses. The bread was transformed into roses, and King Dinis, who could not understand how she could have possession of fresh roses in January, did not punish his wife.

Known for settling disputes, Queen Isabel was called the Peacemaker. When her son Affonso (or Afonso) declared war on his father, jealous of the attention being paid by Diniz to his illegitimate sons, she rode between the armies, reconciling the two sides. On another occasion, she rode to Estremoz despite being ill to keep the army of Affonso, by then Affonso IV, from fighting that of Castile. Affonso, angry at the mistreatment his daughter Maria was suffering at the hands of her husband, the king of Castile, had ordered an attack. Isabel stopped the fighting, but the exertion proved to be too much for her and she fell ill, dying shortly thereafter.

Isabel was buried in Coimbra. She was canonized in 1625 by Urban VIII, and her feast day is July 4. Many Portuguese and Portuguese-American organizations bear her name.

Israel preparing for the coming of her Messiah

    in Religion

Soon the world will enter the period of time described in Daniel as "a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation." A time when humanity will find itself under the rule of a one world government with a wicked tyrant at its helm. A tyrant who the Bible teaches will be controlled by the devil himself. God’s judgment will fall in a fashion and intensity never known to man before.

True, born again Christians are not under the wrath of God. They have obeyed His Word and accepted the gift of salvation for their sins through the blood atonement of Jesus Christ.  The reason for the Rapture of the Bride of Jesus is that the Bridegroom returns to take His Bride to the Wedding Supper of the Lamb.

ONE SAVIOR! ONE ATONEMENT! ONE STANDARD!

    in Religion

IT IS NOT BY FAITH IN A WORD FROM YAH, THAT MEN HAVE BELIEVED DIVINE SAVING RIGHTEOUSNESS IS REPRESENTED BY A MULTITUDE OF DIVERSE CONTRADICTIVE IDEALS, OPINIONS AND ALLEGIANCES!   THAT SUPPOSITION MY PEOPLE, IS THE LIES TAUGHT BY AN OTHER!   AFTER THIS LIE, FALSE PROPHETS HAVE DAMNED MANY!

YAH is the ETERNALLY ONE!    HIS WORD as HE decreed it from the BEGINNING ETERNAL is the ONLY STANDARD after which mankind could ever find SALVATION!   What then are the MULTITUDE of DIVERSE NATIONS and DENOMINATIONS but BABYLONISH SIN in DISGUISE!  Messiah gave HIS LIFE to reveal the ONE RIGHTEOUSNESS that is FAITH unto ATONEMENT for SIN!

Blessed are they then who discern what it means to say, "THEY WHO WAIT FOR THE LORD shall RENEW their STRENGTH!"   The MOST HIGH is NOT DIVIDED by the DIVERSE STANDARDS of MEN!    For since the SAVIOR comes to DECLARE again on earth the ONE STANDARD, it is certain that ALL OTHERS shall be exposed as mere PRETENSE!     Therefore only when again the STANDARD is RAISED shall men discern REPENTANCE unto SALVATION!   When the SAVIOR comes to REVEAL AGAIN RIGHTEOUSNESS, WHO then will be prepared to BELIEVE and OBEY HIM?

    St. Joan de Lestonnac

    in Religion

Rebroadcast of the long running radio program, "The Ave Maria Hour", a presentation of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement. www.AtonementFriars.org

St. Joan de Lestonnac was born in Bordeaux, France, in 1556. She married at the age of seventeen. The happy marriage produced four children, but her husband died suddenly in 1597. After her children were raised, she entered the Cistercian monastery at Toulouse. Joan was forced to leave the Cistercians when she became afflicted with poor health. She returned to Bordeaux with the idea of forming a new congregation, and several young girls joined her as novices. They ministered to victims of a plague that struck Bordeaux, and they were determined to counteract the evils of heresy promulgated by Calvinism. Thus was formed the Congregation of the Religious of Notre Dame of Bordeaux. In 1608, Joan and her companions received the religious habit from the Archbishop of Bordeaux. Joan was elected superior in 1610, and many miracles occurred at her tomb. She was canonized in 1949 by Pope Pius XII.

Light Atonement with Ariyana, A Star Child

Few have the gift to see into other dimensions. Fewer still are able to bring back the wisdom they find there. Even more rare are those like Ariyana — special enough to travel to other realities, bring back knowledge, and then lead others on journeys of their own. LIGHT ATONEMENT by Ariyana, a star child is the memoir of a woman with an amazing gift who finds that her purpose in life is to share it with others. Written so beautifully, it is impossible to read and not be uplifted.

Ariyana was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She moved to the United States at the age of 18 to attend the University of Southern California. It was there that she met her ex-husband, with whom she built a multimillion-dollar furniture business from scratch. After a series of revelations through meditation, and with the help of psychics and healers, Ariyana connected with her life’s purpose. She quit her position as the president of the furniture company, and, with the help of her cosmic family, has become a healer and consultant.
