There are 2 kinds of leadership “timezones” – one from the masculine in the “here and now” and the other from the feminine, based in the eternal. One complements the other, guiding and shaping each other, and both are very, very necessary in our world. Discover how to consciously cause both masculine and feminine leadership, balancing your power of doing and being

Are you curious about the relationship sex, money & leadership and how this can be tied together? Today I will introduce you to my research and the three main arguments how this relationship can be understood. With me in the studio I have Christopher Weber-Fuerst, an Norwegian living in Germany. We work with female leaders that face conflicts and dilemmas in communication and we learn them what it means to tap into their feminine energy so they can start leading from that perspective. The feminine is all about the Power of Intention. To hold and represent this energy is the will of the Universe. If this speaks to you, then this show is for your. We are launching a community for similar like minded in a group on LinkedIn under the name "Leading from the Feminine". Join us!
Join Jamie in conversation with Mary Pierce Brosmer, a teacher, poet, social entrepreneur and the author of Women Writing for (a) Change. She is the Founder of the Women Writing for (a) Change nonprofit organization. In this show, we'll explore "Conscious Feminine Leadership" and "The Holy Grail of Organizations". What are the unexpressed values in most organizations? What is the 'holy grail' that most organizations are missing? What's LOVE got to do with it? Why hasn't the typical 'add women and stir' approach hasn't created the need transformation? And how can we 'be the change' by embodying and bringing the Conscious Feminine into the mix? Join us for what's sure to be a dynamic and inspired conversation.
Have you ever co-led a program or project with another leader, and walked away thinking, never again? Do you dread having to collaborate, with the sub-text, I just wish I could have done this on my own?
The Parachute Project, designed by Joss Rowlands and John Breeze, was born from a co-leading experience during the prestigious Coaches Training Institute’s Leadership program.
In keeping with their own greater purpose of bringing co-leadership into the world, Joss and John work with leadership partners to help them embrace the experience of creating meaningful relationship, collaboration and intimacy. This opens them up to the joy of co-leadership, which expands their own influence as leaders in their own worlds.
John Breeze is a recovering engineer who’s now in his fourth (or so) career and believes he may have finally got it right! John trained with the Coaches Training Institute’s coaching program, then embraced the Leadership program. He’s been involved in various ways with the coaching and leadership community in the last five years and was recently recruited into the Co-Active Leadership Co-Ambassador team. John works with business owners and creative self-directed professionals, helping them harness their unique strengths and talents to build a thriving business and take responsibility for their lives.
Joss Rowlands is a CTI coaching grad, CPCC, and Co-Active Leadership grad. Her focus is self-mastery in the areas of intensity, complexity and drive. She brings the results (and mis-steps) of this to mentoring coaches and leaders in transition. Joss embraces the concept of Leaders holding responsibility for their worlds, while noting that these self-same words promote diversity and individuality and a greater need for the inter-dependence of spirit.
Join us for a conversation that will expand your own leadership through co-leadership.

As our world becomes more confusing and chaotic, a passion grows in humaniity to seek out the truth. The truth about our governments, churches, power structures, forces of light and dark; the truth about our very existance on Earth and our Creator; the truth about life in the Cosmos. Our hunger for truth grows daily, yet the concept of truth - of some universal absolutes - becomes more illusive. Men will often say, "Truth is what is." Women reply to that statement with, "It depends on your perspective". The Sisters, Patti, Yohanny, Yavonne, Anoki, Taylor and Robin share their personal explorations of truth and discuss the fluid quality of the feminine perspective of truth. This is a big topic and the Sisters all have their own spiritual paths, so the conversation will be rich and lively! Join us
