Tonight we address the IRS and its woes, scandals and infamous reputation.
When talking of this American Gestapo we cannot ignore America's desire for a more simple and easy to understand tax code.
You want simple, easy, fair? .... I give you the fair tax.
Villianized for its fairness, misrepresented for its danger to established power and over-complicated for its simplicity, the Fair Tax is the answer to so much that ails us in America today.
Splash talks about the basics, the benefits and the need for something as middle class friendly as The Fair Tax.
We will of course revisit the Budget Deal in potential peril and have more on the CIA Terror uproar.
All this plus the news of the world in general on tonight's show.

Join as we discuss the existing/ongoing challenges with implementation, state specific information, and issues with enrollment in marketplaces with cancer rights attorney and co-founder and COO of Triage Cancer, Monica Bryant. What is fair, what is just, what is equal? Why do so many miss the mark? Why do people think diversity (i.e. the clashing and chatotic mixing) is a good thing? They think so because (other than those who abuse it to gain a political edge) it resembles teh truth but is wide of that truth. Why do people think micro nutrients are better than fish oil for eye health? How doI relate this to health? Tune in to find out!
THE TIME HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED YET!
Once upon a time, Sydney boy Shane Jenek tried out for Australian Idol. Not quite making the cut he wasn’t discouraged, Shane bent the rules and his gender, returning the next day as Courtney Act, and made it through to the finals. Courtney’s explosive, energetic performing style, coupled with her joyous personality, sent audiences wild and Australia had a new, slightly less conventional, sweetheart. Hot on the high heels of the TV series came the phenomenally successful national arena tour and a record deal with Sony/BMG.
Over the coming years Courtney forged herself a name in the Australian entertainment industry, garnering chart hits, television appearances, and national advertising campaigns, and she toured Australia, Europe, Asia and America. She was even voted one FHM’s World’s Top 100 Sexiest Women (despite not actually being a woman), sang at Lady Gaga’s private birthday party, and opened for Gaga on her Australian club tour. She’s played the role of Angel in RENT the musical and she’s been the face of Sheer Cover makeup across the three major TV networks selling makeup to the women of Australia on morning television. She’s no Joan of Arc, but it is pretty revolutionary having a female illusionist, selling the illusion of beauty to females.
In 2011 Courtney moved to the USA, on a visa titled Alien Of Extraordinary Ability, to show America and the world what she’s got! After completing a national club tour of 20 dates around North America she set up her new life in West Hollywood. Courtney has been announced as a contestant on the 6th season of Rupaul’s Drag Race which will be premiering on Viacom’s Logo Network in February 2014.

This evening Tracey Miller talks about her ongoing battle over the care of her brother who has suffered a long term brain injury. Tracey is now considering what provisions might be available under the Olmstead Act to finally rescue her brother from the unwanted and unneeded guardianship. This will be a huge undertaking as there is lots of money at stake.
Tracey's brother Mike is a virtual cash cow in the system and one that has been milked for decades.
In 2009, the Civil Rights Division launched an aggressive effort to enforce the Supreme Court's decision in Olmstead v. L.C., a ruling that requires states to eliminate unnecessary segregation of persons with disabilities and to ensure that persons with disabilities receive services in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs.
Please join us as we look at a little known law and what it might mean to those held against their will by predatory guardians and other interested party's.

How do I get into the good art fairs and how do I make money when I get there?
These are the universal questions that need to be answered for earning a living in the fine art and fine craft show business. Our expert guests Larry Berman and Bruce Baker lead the way.
Larry Berman lends his expertise on creating great images that will "wow" they jury and Bruce Baker shares his experience on creating a great booth and meeting the customer. Between the two you'll have the answers and there is only one thing left for you to do: make great art.
Larry Berman has a long career in photography, including being the staff photographer for the NY Nets. He has been exhibiting at art fairs for over 30 years and was one of the first to recognize the importance of digital imagery in the art fair business and was responsible for the ZAPP image format which displays all jury images the same size. He has built a career improving jury images for artists and/or photographing their artwork. He has held seminars on jury images and does consulting with artists and art fairs.

Between the two you'll have all the answers and there is only one thing left for you to do: make great art. Only you can do that part.
Everyone in the whole wide world knows that North Korea's Dictator Kim Jong-un hates Sony Pictires, and movies.
If you remember the last episode I pointed out that he did commit an act of war, by hiring or forceing hackers to hack into Sony pictures because he thinks he is a god. yes it is true that by doing this is an act of war, and yes the Korean War has never end.
The cold war between North Korea and the in truth the UN mainly the United States is now over as of this very date.
As you can see I am not afrais of the dictator Kim Jong-Un,for I now would like to see the movie "Interview" At first I did not want to see the movie, but now I happen to want to see just what that idiot Kim Jong-un is afraid of?
Yes the name for Kim Jong-Un is to be idiot, fool and rediculess. Let call him these names.
In 2012, 47 million nonelderly Americans were uninsured. This is not a statistic. This is a crisis.
Join us and our special guest Al Gladyck, in a discussion about the issues of our current healthcare system, the Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA), the Expanded & Improved Medicare For All Act (H.R. 676), and the likelihood of single payer Medicare-for-all happening in our lifetime.
About our guest:
Al Gladyck is a retired auto worker, UAW member from Detroit, MI. Al worked for 18 years putting parts on cars, 15 years changing light bulbs and 4 years in between as a computer programmer.
Al’s health care activism came in late 2008 or early 2009, when he ran into an old friend from his Chrysler days. His friend gave him a copy of Medicare For All (HR676) and asked him if he wanted to help get healthcare for everyone:
“I read it. Until then the only thing I knew about healthcare was my insurance card.”
Al lives in Clinton Twp, MI, with his wife, a retired elementary public school teacher.
