Born and raised in Orange County, California, Eric Zuley played basketball in high school. After studying marketing and communications at Saddleback College, he worked in sales and built up his savings. One night, while socializing with some friends, Eric saw free-styling rapping for the first time. EZ got bit by the “free-style” bug. With the help of his father Jim Zuley, Eric built a music recording studio inside their home. He taught himself how to engineer from scratch and produce music as well as write songs. Performing locally in Orange County, his band merged into a popular group called MCO. Aptly named, MCO stood for McOlogy, the study of MC’s. Later, Eric became a Radio DJ for X-Radio.biz with his friend Aaron Ervin, now known as TKO and a co-host of Good Game Guys, a show about the ins and outs of gaming. From his MCO experience, Eric met a music and TV producer, who gave EZ his first shot at hosting on the Red Carpet and on TV.
Orange County, California is known for money, celebrities, and great weather. However, the hottest commodity to come out of The O.C. is social media mogul Eric “EZ” Zuley. For the last ten years, EZ has been branding himself as “The Hollywood It Guy” through his celebrity friends, Red Carpet events, and YouTube image and interview saturation while he has been teaching Hollywood, “how to do it the EZ way.” He stops by on Thursday, February 7, at 7pm EST to chat about his new show debuting in 2013, "It's Not About Me".

Eric Broyles is an entrepreneur, attorney, and author who recently published “Encounters with Police: A Black Man’s Guide to Survival” with co-author and police officer Adrian Jackson. The book comes at a critical time in our nation, tackling the controversy surrounding the slayings of unarmed African American men by law enforcement officers and providing guidance to African American boys and men on how to survive encounters with police. Specifically, the book offers advice on how to think about interaction with police to lower the chances of escalation, provides information on legal and administrative rights citizens have to redress police misconduct so no hostilities occur at the time of encounter, and includes practical step-by-step guidelines on how to respond to police when pulled over for traffic stops or when stopped for questioning outside of traffic encounters. In a recent interview on Washington DC’s Fox 5 Morning News, Broyles stated that while the book is titled “A Black Man’s Guide to Survival,” the tips are race and gender neutral. He points out that by and large, police officers are not bad actors, but in cases where minorities “face targeting, hostility, and bias,” they should go through the complaint process where “you actually start to build a paper trail which will help the police department ferret out who the bad actors are. Can you imagine if Darren Wilson in Ferguson had five written complaints on him prior to the Michael Brown incident?” he asked. Broyles’ book is available on Amazon,
