We’ve been discussing this question here on Full Power Living, this week bringing you Child Psychology Professor Bill Crain (who is married to a pediatrician. He and his wife also operate a sanctuary for animals, which drew him to write about how animals shed light on the emotions of children, looking at six emotional behaviors that are shared by children and animals. Join us as we discuss the instinctive connection between the natural and human world. Click here to visit Safe Haven Farm Sanctuary website.

Any person lacking in Emotional Intelligence will be prone to many mistakes and missteps in everyday human encounters. This is the key to personal self-awareness and to understanding the emotional dynamics in group relationships.
First, understand the importance of emotions as--
Survival Tools: emotions alert us when natural human need is not being met
Decision Making Signals: emotions help us make decisions; our emotional (gut) reactions to the choices tell us which way to go
Boundary Setting Communication: emotions alert us when we are uncomfortable with someone’s behavior or our inner self says “this needs to stop”
Communication Symbols: emotions reveal themselves in our body “language” forming a system of communication with others
Unifying Elements: greatest potential source of uniting all members of the human species

The question this week is not if Hillary will run in 2016, but can she run. Her latest scandals -- Saudi money being filtered through the Clinton Foundation and emails on private servers coupled with lame excuses -- add insult to the injury of Benghazi and Libya and more.
Communities writer Jim Eltringham discusses whether Hillary Clinton has a chance - not to win, but even be the 2016 Democratic nominee. Listen to a lively hour of discussion as Lisa and Jim discuss Hillary's chances for 2016 as well as discuss other possible Democratic Contenders including Elizabeth Warren, Vice President Joe Biden, former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley and former Vice President Al Gore.
Their conclusions might suprise you.

Do you find your self doing really well with daily eating habits and life HAPPENS. Due to emotions you then turn to unhealthy food choices. I will be discussion emotional eating and tips on how to overcome.
"Courage is fire, and bullying is smoke," stated former British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli. Adult bullying is a rising concern in the real world and online. Adults are as malicious as bad kids on the playground, but no one is supervising their activity or protecting their targets. And their victims are other adults who are not immune to the trauma of bullying. When one uses superior strength or influence to intimidate others, that’s classic bullying. Emotional abuse is characterized by subjecting another to behavior that may result in psychological trauma, like anxiety, chronic depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder. In one Seinfeld episode, George and Jerry recall their tyrannical gym teacher who used to give boys wedgies and encourage them to beat each other up. Girls don’t do anything like that, do they? Jerry asks Elaine. Oh no, Elaine replies. We just tease each other until one of us develops an eating disorder. The worst part of being bullied or abused in a relationship, is that often you don’t even realize it’s happening. Manipulative people twist your thoughts, actions, wants, and desires into something that better suits how they see the world. Bullies don’t want cooperation, they want control. Emotional bullying is often subtle and found in adult relationships and in the workplace. An emotional bully might use sarcasm, threaten, belittle, or humiliate. Join me and Life Coach Jenn A Nocera as we discuss the specific signs of bullying and emotional abuse. After the show check After Hours at Jersey Coastal Live for more info.
