Mr. David E. Lucas is not your typical teenager. He's been preaching since the age of 13. Please listen to this anointed young man's extraordinary testimony.
In his book, the Darlington High School student shares his pursuit of success, even while overcoming a learning disability.
The teen says writing his first book also taught him a valuable lesson about success.
IN MR. DAVID E. LUCAS OWN WORDS:
“This book made me look at life in a different way. Because sometimes I did not know what to do but God helped me to understand that the place of darkness is your best place,” said Lucas.
“The word success is a word that many people use but don't know the true meaning of. The word success means making the best of a situation or not giving up when things get rough. When someone gets up every day with a smile on their face- even when they have a troubled home life- to go to school and goes home every night to chaos but still does their homework, that is success. Don't forget that everyone has problems, but it is what you do with that problem that makes a world of difference,” Lucas writes in the book.

Robert Christopher Riley hails from the Flatbush section of Brooklyn (NY), but has deep Caribbean roots, as he was raised by his Trinidadian mother and grandmother while having a father from Barbados. Riley is a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School (‘98) where he earned a Regents diploma before attending Lehigh University (’03) in Bethlehem, PA., for his B.A. in Theatre. While attending Lehigh, Riley was cast in the role of ‘Walter Lee’ in the play, “A Raisin in the Sun” and later went on to co-write along with Kashi Johnson (his professor and mentor), “Untold Truths: Why We Always Sit Together”. The play, which was about the minority experience at predominately white institutions of education, received rave reviews and was performed nightly before sold-out audiences at the Touchstone Theatre. After graduation, in the fall of 2003, Riley accepted a full-scholarship to Ohio University’s MFA-Acting Program. While completing his degree (’06), he was cast in several independent films as well as numerous commercials and print ads. Riley continued his career by doing voiceover work for Verizon, the NFL and Rockstar Games, to name a few. Most recently, in April 2012, he was cast as ‘Terrence Wall’ (a series regular) in VH1’s “Hit the Floor”.

David McCallum is a Scottish-born actor and musician. He is best known for his roles as Russian secret agent Illya Kuryakin in the television series The Man From U.N.C.L.E., and his current role as medical examiner Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard on NCIS.
The Bruschetti brothers have spent a lifetime in the lucrative crime underworld, and they have carefully kept a low profile all throughout the building of their business. With only a couple men in the inner circle, they have built their empire and grown their profits. But they are getting older, have achieved wealth, and the brothers wish to retire from their nefarious work. When New York actor Harry Murphy inadvertently overhears the Bruschetti brothers plotting to tie-up loose ends, which includes the murder of someone who knows their dealings, he is stricken by conscience and decides he must act. After flying to London to warn one of the intended victims, Harry is caught in a shootout, forced into a high speed chase, and then mistaken for an agent of the Bruschetti circle. In way over his head, he is soon apprehended by the British authorities – but not before they decide to put his acting skills to work, and help flush out the Bruschettis. Easier said than done when you’re really at heart a regular guy who only wanted to land that mayonnaise commercial last week. Paired with a sexy special agent, Harry is sent back to New York and put to work, but he becomes separated from his handlers and is truly on his own. What follows is a thrilling game of cat and mouse before it culminates in a deadly confrontation between Harry and the men who have been dealing with danger for much longer than he has.
Listen to The Michael Imhotep Show, Fri. Jan., 8th, 10pm-12midnight EST with host Michael Imhotep of The African History Network. Our guest will be Dr. David Imhotep author the ground breaking book, "The First Americans Were Africans: Documented Evidence". African people are the Indigenous People of North, Central and South America and came here at least 51,700 years ago. We were here before the people who are called Native Americans or Indians. About 70% of the people Cristobol Colon (Christopher Columbus) encountered on his 4 voyages in the Caribbean, Central and South America were Africans. (Read "The First Americans Were Africans: Documented Evidence" by Dr. David Imhotep. www.HistoricTruth.Info) It was the Voyages of Columbus that helped to usher in the exploitation of the Indigenous people including African people and laid the foundation for Slavery, Racism and Capitalism.
