    in Radio

Maple Syrup isn’t just for pancakes. Pure maple syrup enhances the flavor of many foods and is slightly sweeter than cane sugar. Nate Bissell is the 6th generation owner of Bissell Maple Farm, and his family has been making maple syrup in Ohio since the late 1800's.You thought all maple syrup came from Vermont! Like fine wines, pure maple syrup gets its unique flavor from the geographic region. How do you improve the deliciousness maple syrup? Bissell Maple Farm, in collaboration with Pappy & Company, launched a gourmet product, Pappy & Company Bourbon Barrel-Aged Syrup, at the Summer Fancy Food Show in NY. The product is created by aging Bissell's top-quality Sugarmaker's Reserve™ syrup in rare, 23 year-old Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrels. Bissell Maple Farm starts with sap produced at the peak of the maple harvesting season, during a very specific window when the Red Maple and Sugar Maple trees are producing a limited quantity of pristine sap. The Sugarmaker's Reserve™ syrup produced from this sap is then aged 100 days in barrels that have been used for years to distill Pappy Van Winkle bourbon whiskey in Frankfort, KY. Two American traditions, maple syrup and bourbon, become one, and they are perfect together! Try it with cheesecake, creme brulee, meat rubs, cocktails, and marinades. Under Nate’s leadership since 2011, Bissell Maple Farm is a blend of state of-the-art technology and old fashioned ingenuity. ROAD MAP 4 SEEKER'S with Guest Fu-Ding Cheng

    in Spirituality

Fu-Ding Cheng––visionary filmmaker and shamanic artist–– began his career as a practicing architect, but has since focused his attention on books, films, and spirituality. In 1990, he founded Liquid Light Productions devoted to explore paths of self-illumination and mystical adventures through books, films, art and seminars.

His multi-faceted artistic career includes a prize-winning series of films, “Zen-Tales for the Urban Explorer” presented as a special retrospective at the Hammer Museum; album covers (Heart’s Dog and Butterfly); and a children’s book, Dream-House. While teaching film directing at the North Carolina School of the Arts, he created a groundbreaking new curriculum, "Shamanic Tools for the Filmmaker."

Furthermore, Fu-Ding has extensive teaching experience as an instructor at the UCLA School of Design, the Barnesdall Municipal Art Gallery in Los Angeles, and the North Carolina School of the Arts.

However, first priority over all vocational activities has been his life-long devotion to the spiritual quest, which led him to journeys East (meditation in the Himalayas, Chinese Kung-Fu), and to journeys West (spiritual-psychology, Meso-American shamanic practice). In 1995, in a breakthrough ritual with teacher/shaman, don Miguel Ruiz (The Four Agreements), he “Jumped to the Sun” and woke up from the dream of the planet.

Since then, through artwork and seminars, he has been inspired to distill the highest wisdoms into practical pathways to personal freedom for everyone. One result: Map of Desire, a Blueprint for Self-Fulfillment.

We’ll explore past scientific integrity and the recent uncertainty that has caused a lack of trust in reporting.  Editor Glenn Scherer’s demeanor and the milieu he has created will also be explored to gain insight to the challenges presented to a nation of curious to glean the facts yet are lost in not knowing to whom to turn. Exploring the aforementioned will lead us to the concerns of fracking, climate change, clean water, habitat  preservation, and the political insinuation into the vast subject matter.

Miguel Sanchez - Golden Entrepreneurial Success Tips!

    in Self Help

My KICKASS guest this week has become a personal friend. His story is AMAZING!

Miguel is the physical manifestation of courage, tenacity, positivity, overcoming obstacles, and he is unwilling to accept anything but success.

“What stands between where you are now and the success that you desire? To be frank, it is your very own complacency, fears, and even your dependency on others according to Miguel Sanchez’s new book Conquering America. The author’s take on success and how to achieve it is enlightening, yet elegantly simple: take your dream and act upon it with discipline and resilience and your success is guaranteed. What I enjoy most about Conquering America is how Mr. Sanchez is able to distill broad concepts into bite-sized nuggets for action and wraps each with his engaging stories and experiences of challenges and persistence. For Miguel Sanchez there was a physical international border that he attempted to cross multiple times before he finally succeeded on his way to owning his own business. This book will enable you to understand what “borders” are holding you back and guide and inspire you to cross that border. Conquering America is an enthralling handbook for anyone who seeks to achieve the success they have always dreamed of.”

the hidden metaphysics and benefits of drinking distilled water

Rain water is God’s distilled water!

"For He draws up the drops of water, They distill rain from the mist,  Which the clouds pour down, They drip upon man abundantly. "Can anyone understand the spreading of the clouds, The thundering of His pavilion?…

    Job 36:27-29

Distilled Water is magnetically attracted to all waste, debris, and inorganic substances inside you, which are then ejected. This is the ONLY type of water which will 100% perform this act, because it is the only water which is 100% free of garbage.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of drinking distilled water for cleansing the blood stream, for reducing arthritic pain and lowering blood pressure. It has also been known to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides.

Workshop Wednesdays with Coaching the Ways to Success

    in Business

Workshop Wednesdays with Tony Gambone with his guest Pamela Gockley & Peter Mehit

In 1996, a small Internet website graphics, design, and maintenance company called “Grumpy Graphics” was started by Pamela Gockley and Dean Hornberger. This venture blossomed in 2000 into an award-winning, multi-service company, Vigilant Corporation, headed by Pam as President, CEO, and Chairman. PennsylvaniaJobs.Com was the first affiliate in the Vigilant family. It is a recruiting website for businesses and also offers the "The Job Search Success" program that teaches job seekers how to navigate the hiring process. We have coached many people through the process. In 2004 Pam was selected as one of the Best 50 Outstanding Business Women in Pennsylvania, honoured for her years of success in owning and operating Vigilant, as well as her many years of service to the community.

Peter Mehit’s biggest strength is that he can quickly visualize business concepts and distill them down to a set of strategies and tactics that can be acted upon. He has used this ability in the creation of hundreds of business plans, the direct start up of dozens of companies and the analysis and improvement of scores of businesses. Mr. Mehit honed this experience as he worked across many industries worldwide as a professional consultant to multi-national firms such as Panasonic, DuPont, IAMs, Boeing and governmental agencies such as the U.S. Postal Service, the State of California and agencies in Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino Counties. He also has the unique experience of working at the other end of the scale, as a member of many launch teams or as owner of several start up companies.
