Gerald Roliz -- author of The Pharmaceutical Myth -- pulls back the curtain on the pharmaceutical sales industry, revealing how he was trained to use fear, pressure, and gifts to "buy out" doctors who would prescribe the medications he represented. Plus, what made him walk away from it all to help people heal naturally.

Psalm 51:9-11 says Hide Your face from my sins And blot out all my iniquities. 10Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. 11Do not cast me away from Your presence And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.…And its a verse of scripture I should pray each day God allows me to rise from my sleep. To both start and end the day with acknowledging to the Lord we constantly and daily need to be purified of our hearts and minds. What does it take for God to clean our hearts? What must we come to an understanding of? First, we must confess we can not clean our hearts through human effort. We need to allow the Holy Spirit to have access to all of our hearts and navigate to those areas we don't want to reveal. Confessing our sin and short comings afterall is no fun. But it does lift a very heavy burden and weight we could not carry ourselves. For without a clean heart how can we worship the Lord in spirit and in truth, how can we love others in purity, love and respect, as well as having right attitudes. If left unchecked, we can miss out on Gods very best for us when we don't allow him to continue what he started....a potential masterpiece when we allow him free reign to create in us a clean heart which frees us from the bondage of sin.
Calling all men. You are invited to join me on Monday, June 1st @ 9pm ET as I welcome Pastor John K. Jenkins, Sr. to The Real Talk with Chris Richardson Show. Help me SPREAD the WORD. This is a special MAN TALK segment for MEN ONLY. Ladies are encouraged to LISTEN.
Topic: Marriage - The Man, The Myth and His Identity
Featured Guest: Pastor John K. Jenkins, Sr.
Pastor John K. Jenkins Sr. has been preaching the Good News since he was licensed as a minister at 15 years old. From an early age, he developed a love for the Lord and felt a call to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
His pastoral journey began in February 1987 when he was called to serve as the senior pastor at Union Bethel Church in King George, Va. Nearly three years of pastoring at Union Bethel proved to be the training ground for his upcoming assignment. In October of 1988, Pastor Jenkins learned of the passing of his pastor and mentor, Dr. John W. Johnson, from his home church at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden.
One year after Dr. Johnson's passing, Pastor Jenkins returned to First Baptist to become the seventh shepherd. The fruit of his biblically based teaching is evidenced in the growth of church membership from 500 to more than 10,000. Today, an average 11,000 people attend weekly Sunday services between two campuses located in Landover and Upper Marlboro, Md.
Even with his many obligations, Pastor Jenkins holds his role as family man as the highest treasure. He and his wife are the proud parents of six children and one granddaughter.

Recently I viewed a UK television show called Survivors and besides being an arm chair critic of the lack of reality of actual scenarios, such as a breach birth and a perfectly clean baby along with a medical emergency where CPR was initated and the patient who just birthed the baby as well, revived perky as ever, I found the show somewhat informative but perhaps not in the way you might think.

We’ve just passed the quarter-mark of the MLB season, and this packed program with Frat House Sports’ Clean-Up Hitters, Frat House Mike and the “Frat Boys” Sean and Nick reflects it. Just consider:
. . . Bryce Harper gets ejected again, this time though he wasn’t the tool; Brian Matusz is suspended; new Commissioner Rob Manfred is speaking again on shortened schedules, Pete Rose, and Alex Rodriguez; it seems it’s a “No-No” year for “No-No’s”; plus concern about the appeal of the game and the youth drought in Little League participation.
There talking about all of these issues and welcoming in special guest Jeff Rickard, a long-time radio sports-talker and currently working with Sirius XM Radio and ESPN.
This show’s so good, you just have to listen in . . . call-in and weigh-in . . . at 347 – 826 – 9964 along with the “Clean-Up Hitters” of the Frat House Sports Radio Network.

The importance of reading nutritional labels.
When eating clean these are questions we may have. I will be discussing clean eating; what that truly means and how we can do it better.
PharmaGuy interviews Thomas P. Stossel, M.D., visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research, about his new book, PharmaPhobia, and his call to action against the "Conflict of Interest Movement."
In PHARMAPHOBIA: How the Conflict of Interest Myth Undermines American Medical Innovation (Rowman & Littlefield, April 2015), Tom Stossel describes how an ideological crusade, stretching over the last quarter century, has used distortion and flawed logic to make medical innovation even harder in a misguided pursuit of theoretical professional purity.
Questions/Topics of Discussion
What is the "conflict-of-interest myth" (you also refer to the "conflict-of-interest movement" and the "conflict-of-interest narrative")?
What regulations have been adopted as a result of this conflict-of-interest narrative?
Are there legitimate conflict-of-interest concerns that should be addressed by policymakers?
How have bureaucrats, reporters, politicians, and lawyers benefitted by attacking the medical products industry?
What solutions and reforms do you advocate?
It might only be the beginning of the seventh week of the MLB season, but we’ve already seen our second managerial change and that prompts a full scale conversation among our Frat House Sports’ Clean-Up Hitters, Frat House Mike and the “Frat Boys” Sean and Caleb about managers, their significance, and Hall-of-Famers in the making.
All of this has been provoked by Miami Marlins’ owner Jeffrey Loria removing Mike Redmond in favor of the team’s GM Dan Jennings who comes from a long-line of star high-school players he managed 30 years ago!
We’ve seen some really good pitching so far this season, but not a “no-no.” Frat House Mike predicts there will not be too many this year. He provides a very compelling reason. Of course there could be fewer no-hitters in the future if Commissioner Rob Manfred gets his way and shortens the season.
We’re still talking Bryce Harper and Pete Rose as an analyst . . . and, is Montreal getting baseball back?
This show’s so good, you’ll just “hate” it . . . if you don’t call-in and weigh-in that is . . . at 347 – 826 – 9964 along with the “Clean-Up Hitters” of the Frat House Sports Radio Network.
