Common sense might say that you have a good chance of burning more fat in the morning, and there is some evidence to support those theories. For one, your levels of cortisol are higher in the morning, and cortisol is the hormone that helps to metabolize fat into energy. Your body wakes up a fat-burning machine, in other words. In addition, while you are asleep your body uses up the leftover carbohydrates that are still in your system, leaving you with very little except fat reserves for energy in the morning.
According to BodyBuilder.com, there have been several studies conducted that show people can burn up to 20% more fat if they work out in the morning before consuming any food. Sounds primed to go, right? Unfortunately, that’s not the whole story.

T.J. McCall, the CEO of McCall Fitness, stops by the studio. He talks to CHADMAN about how he started his company which provides inspiration, equipment, and supplements to help people develop their bodies and improve their lives. Before creating McCall Fitness, he was a personal trainer, a law enforcement officer, and a senior certified exercise specialist for the government. In 2010, while assisting on the scene of an accident, he was involved in a serious incident. While in physical therapy following the incident, he took what was then a drawing on a piece of paper, and built his first equipment prototype: the Core Bench. From there, with the help of his wife, he got involved with nutritional supplements. And today his company has grown to an incredible size. In fact his company has grown SO incredibly fast that the Incredible Hulk himself, Lou Ferrigno, officially uses his supplements. This was an inspiring conversation and CHADMAN even got T.J. to talk about the current state of America. Him and T.J. have a lot in common in regards to their views. McCall Fitness can be found on Facebook and the website below:

Many in today's society are dying and suffering disability prematurely primarily because of poor lifestyle choices. Poor nutritional choices, fast food has replaced healthy wholesome home cooking. Daily exercising has been replaced with video games, internet, social media, and other forms of entertainment that require primarily sitting and watching. Inadequate consumption of water, which has been replaced with soda, sugary drinks, sports drinks, tea, and coffee. Also, insufficient exposure to daily sunlight is apparent, many exposure's to sunlight is leaving to work and school, then coming home again when sunlight is inadequate. Over eating and drinking is apparent when we consider the epidemic proportions of childhood and adult obesity. Little experience fresh air due to long hours at work, computer usage, and simply sedentary lifestyles. Few experience proper rest, at least 7 to 8 hours daily. And we all need to trust in God, avoiding worry and stress, believing he will supply all our needs.
