There are many benefits to applied breathing techniques such as improved relaxation, detoxing your lymphatic system, and building rhythm when exercising. Similarly to the way isometrics or static contraction training works for your muscles, the long breath diet will work for your body, giving you the little extra you need to lose weight. We are what we eat. Our thoughts often dictate our behavior.
