Have you wondered what is the Emotion or Body code? One of the I Love my Body Diet Program directors and leaders Sarah Joyce Michel will be sharing an overview of these powerful and popular practices. She is taking volunteers to show how it works right here and now.
A Certified Emotion and Body Code Practitioner. Energetic healing techniques that eliminate emotional energy resulting from stressful or traumatic events in our lives. Most of us believe we have moved on and put the past in the past. Yet more often the negative emotions and thoughts we experience when in the midst of difficult situations remain with us, buried within our subconscious creating imbalances in our body. Although we can’t see them, they are real and can interfere with our happiness, our success and our health. Trapped emotions and thoughts often manifest as physical pain. They can be the source of depression, anxiety, block us from experiencing love and joy in our lives. The Emotion and Body Code use applied kinesiology, also known as muscle testing, to identity these negative energies. We then release the energy via the Governing Meridian or main energy channel of the body. http://sarah-joyce-michel.branded.me/

Tea Time with Tricia will be a show where me and a dear friend will discuss over a cup of tea hot topics surrounding innerstanding and personal growth. On this particular show we will discuss the barriers we have build up against self love and self acceptance. In raising awareness on these topics our mission is to share with everyone our experiences in hopes that one can find positive solution from it. We innerstand that a part of loving ourselves is knowing thyself. Join us in a two hour segment and lets join in enhancing awareness.
Show Quote, “You’ll learn, as you get older, that rules are made to be broken. Be bold enough to live life on your terms, and never, ever apologize for it. Go against the grain, refuse to conform, take the road less traveled instead of the well-beaten path. Laugh in the face of adversity, and leap before you look. Dance as though EVERYBODY is watching. March to the beat of your own drummer. And stubbornly refuse to fit in.”

M’Hogany is a singer, songwriter, arranger, and former US Soldier. As a child, she was teased for her dark skin complexion. Her mother soothed her by telling her she was not black, she was mahogany—thus the namesake was born. Between the ages of 8 and 12, she began reciting original poems, but never wrote anything down. She was approached to have her poetry published, but her mother declined the offer. Two weeks prior to her grandmother’s death, M’Hogany had a vision to dedicate her completed novel to her. In the wake of her passing, she decided to incorporate her grandmother’s legacy into her writing. Her grandmother was not only the first lady of her church, but she was the head musician. “I had to continue on this journey my granny knew I started. I was named after her because I looked like her, so I feel I have to let her legacy live through me,” M'Hogany said. M’Hogany has also contributed to the Literary Lounge magazine created by Tracie Holmes. “I write the stories that life sings,” M'Hogany said.
Please bless me to communicate my services clearly to humanity and the world. Thank you Thank you Thank you Love you Love you Love you

What does it mean to Unify?
What is Unity?
Unification in the body is a process and there are steps to creating it.
First is to identify the fears or reasons to not unify
Second is to use the greatest strength we all have, love
Third is to feed the weaker parts with that love
Today we are going to discuss the joys of unity and why it is not to be feared but celebrated!
