In every moment we begin again... Retreat Experience

    in Women

In every moment we begin again...

Today is a very special day.  You have decided to step out of your daily routine to listen to the whispers of your soul. May this process of self-reflection be nurturing, restorative, and create clarity for this next chapter of your journey.  Welcome to the virtual retreat experience, "In every moment we begin again."

For those who are just learning about this offering, Simply Grace was scheduled to host a live in person retreat in Monson, MA on January 24th, 2015. As grace would have it, as of 24 hours ahead of launch we are scheduled to be receiving a snowstorm in New England!  Monson is directly on the storm path and filled with many beautiful hills. How interesting we have been given the opportunity to live into our own process of practicing, "In every moment we begin again!"  Upon receipt of the news, we were given an opportunity to choose how we would respond. We have chosen to gift our retreat to the Simply Grace community through an online retreat experience, to avoid having our participants travel north in the storm. We invite you to download this completion process, to honor 2014 (or any transition you may be going through) and cast a vision for a beautiful year in 2015, commiting to creating a vision board over the next few days to set intentions for the year.

In every moment we are invited to experience a new reality, to embrace possibility and transitions, to begin again.  Welcome to the next chapter of your journey...it is going to be beautiful! Special link to Simply Grace completion process...  https://www.dropbox.com/s/adp423ti6ekf9re/In%20every%20moment%20we%20begin%20again-%202015.pdf?dl=0

Healing: Where should the process begin?

    in News

Healing: Where should the process begin? In order to find a solution we must first study the problems. History is where we should start. Todays show there will be sound clips from Dr Martin L. King, Dr. Amos Wilson and an interview of Dr. Umar Johnson the person doing the interview Rev. Jessie L. Peterson.

The sole purpose is to open the eyes of those that are in denial of how the African in American got into these conditions of today.

When These Things Begin To Happen..Look UP

    in Current Events

And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

    29 And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;

30 When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.

31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.

32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.

33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

HOW TO WIN BEFORE YOU BEGIN

    in Business

    LOSING IS A VOLUNTARY MISFORTUNE

So, How Do You Win Before You Begin??

    THINKING

Think through where you want your efforts to lead before you even begin. Do not assume that the most obvious endgame is the correct one.

Just breathe... in every moment we begin again.

    in Women

    Our intentions are pure...

In every moment we begin again, honoring the divine unfolding of life, and mindfully honoring diversity of faith and experience. Simply Grace is a movement of kindnesss, compassion and love. We are manifesting and attracting authentic, beautiful and divinely orchestrated connections heart to heart and soul to soul, co-creating a beautiful community of like minded souls. In every moment we begin again...

Welcome Back from Italy, Mikki Lessard...

Just Breathe is a retreat for your soul…a beautiful invitation to pause on purpose and connect to your mind, body and spirit.  In the space of stillness and guided meditation we honor our self-care needs and set heart centered intentions for the week. This show features a beautiful centering experience offered to gently create awareness and connection to the abundant grace present in our lives. Meditation is the practice of becoming still, detached from the chatter of our mind. A quiet mind releases dormant energy, increases vitality, strength and clarity…inviting us to be light, creative, joyful and at peace.

Life is messy.  It’s how we show up in the mess that matters. The gift of compassionate presence to self allows us to breathe in gratitude and exhale grace, cultivating resiliency and the capacity to be with whatever shows up in the moment. Our weekly practice is a beautiful divine interruption…connecting to our intentions and spirit for guidance, light and love. This is simply grace...

Rising Apple Report Episode 99- Let The Games Begin!

    in Sports

It's Easter Sunday. We are in the midst of Passover too. And in the sports world, it's the first day of baseball season! Though the Mets begin play for real on Monday, April, 6th, the Major League season begins tonight as the Cardinals take on the Cubs in Chicago.

The Rising Apple team will be conducting a special roundatable discussion of all things Mets. We'll chat about the 8-man bullpen, innings limits for Matt Harvey and Jacob deGrom, the team's 19-12-2 Spring Training record, the roster, and much more as we're on the eve of the Mets' 2015 season. We'll even let you know who we think is going to win the World Series.

Join Danny Abriano, Mike Lecolant, Dan Haefli, and maybe more writers from the Rising Apple staff to engage in some fun Mets dialogue at 9 pm, Sunday, April 5th. I (Rich Sparago) will be your host as we count the hours until Mets baseball.

So listen in, give us a call, we'd love to hear from you! Let's celebrate the return of Mets baseball with the 99th edition of the Rising Apple Report!
