MA is not CA, but this elwection at least, we get a plethora of ballot questions. In our case, the excess is four votes that qualified for Nov. 4th.
Tune in for truth and knowledge (at least in our best cuts).
Three questions have roaring proponents and opponents. Legally granting earned sick time for employees is not so controversial; in fact, doing that seems like enacting child-labor laws. The others are hot.
Question 1 is in the Taxachusetts fantasy world. It would stop the law that index gas taxes to inflation. The don't-tax-me-bro crowd really wants this.
Questino 2 would expand our low-rent nickel bottle depost to include non-carbonated water and such. The veberage folk predict the end of the world if that passes.
Question 3 would prohibit casinos in the commonwealth. The gaming (a.k.a gambl;ing) commission just awarded a license for one of three. The drama continues.
The airways are clogged. Mailers clutter doors and slots. Rhktoric is sizzling. You might not be surprised to learn that we have opinions.

Today on "It's My House" we shall be discussing "voting distinctions". Most people only know about "Ballot Box" voting, however many people do not know about "Access/Vested Interest Voting". When you Ballot Box vote you have no say so on issues BEFORE you vote and you can only cast (1) vote every election cycle. In addition you are restricted to a physical geographic location.
When you "Access Vote"........aka.........."Vested Interest" voting you are not restricted to physical locations or just (1) vote. You can "vote" in many ways, which gives you "access" which is something that the average Ballot Box voter never has.

California's ballot proposition process was meant to give the people more of a say in legislation, but the process has become entirely corrupted by money and special interests. Proposition language makes the proposals sound like good ideas, but like the legendary Trojan Horse, buried within the legalese are often provisions that have entirely different consequences. And lately, when a bad idea proposition is enacted in one state, thanks to organizations like ALEC, they tend to pop up on ballots all over the country.
Proposition 46 is billed as a patient safety act, by requiring physicians to undergo drug and alcohol testing. But there's more to it than that.
Donna Schwartz Mills and Karoli are joined by Cathy Frey, CEO of the Central Valley Health Network consisting of 13 community helath center corporations serving high-need communities throughout California's Central Valley, and Democratic political consultant Teri Holomon.
Political discussion from the progressive point of view by the MOMocrats. Produced by Engender Media Group.
Greg was a former Kansas State Trooper, Kansas Marshall, and retired West Iron County instructor. Greg has been speaking and instructing civic groups across America and Canada for the past 25 years. His extensive experience in military matters and law enforcement gives him a rare insight into the emergence of the "seamless and all pervasive surveillance, enforcement, proactive rights curtailing entity that has nearly destroyed the U. S. Constitution and the separation of powers in the government."
"The time for debate is ending. The era of tyranny is well underway. Couple this with the exploding ISIS threat within America and the days of peace, safety and life is fine, leave me alone, are over,"
Within the next few weeks you will be witness to the most highly insulting and desperately misleading political campaigns ever seen by American citizens. It will be that way because in order to sell the presumed candidates, campaign officials and party leaders will blitz this nation with more horse dung than has EVER been thrown through the fan blades before.
How is it that 280 million legal American citizens (out of 304 million people living within our borders) can only produce the two present pitiful representatives from the dominant parties? Simple answer? Because this whole process has been pre-ordained, programmed and the outcome sealed before the campaigns ever began. If there is the slightest possibility that the directed outcome does not follow the script, then the computerized voting machines will be required to do what they were designed to do. CHEAT.
The parties have shunned, vilified, embarrassed, threatened and followed through on their internal efforts to squelch all opposition. They have stacked the decks on who is a delegate and made real choice impossible. to protect the “status quo” and allow the ultimate destiny of the United States to be fulfilled.

State laws mandating these public-owned broadband networks get voter approval through referendum campaigns used to mean near-certain death for any project. Kiss those days goodbye! Meet the winners who have turned the tide.
November 4, EIGHT towns and counties all passed ballot initiatives to return the authority to pursue broadband to their constituents. With 70% or more of the vote. Predominately Democrat or Republican didn’t matter. How did they do that!? Representatives of Boulder, Rio Blanco, San Miguel, Yuma County and other communities give us the scoop on how they pulled off these big wins.
We’re going to find out:
Are the political winds blowing heavily community broadband’s way?
At the local level, is broadband now a bipartisan issue?
What tactics were effective getting these referenda passed?
What happened to the giant telcos and cable companies?
What comes next for these communities?
Will there be a flood of communities rolling out their own ballot initiatives?
Greetings to all God's people. Thank you for your support and prayers as we come live for another anointing interview with Ms. Kendra Smith right out of Florence, SC: Bigger, Brighter, Better, is definitely on the horizon for gospel teen sensation Kendra Smith, as she advances to the Final Ballot for the 2015 Stellar Awards “Youth Project of the Year”
This year has been simply amazing for Kendra. She has been nominated for a 2015 Chosen Voice Award and has received five (5) nominations for the 2015 Rhythm of Gospel Awards. Now, added to the list of accolades she has advanced to the final voting round for the 2015 Stellar Awards for “Youth Project of the Years”. Kendra is so grateful to everyone that has supported her endeavors throughout the year.
Her debut album “Something New” is a labor of love; from her heart directly to God’s hear. Kendra is a straight “A” student and is the perfect exemplary that God will keep you if you want to be kept. Teen peer pressure can be overwhelming at times, but she wants every young person worldwide to know, that they can succeed in anything that they set out to do. It takes work and commitment.
We are a Republic, no matter how the Establishment Progressives try to tell you differently. Why are the voters voting for so many ballot issues? Is that a good thing? MO State Rep Paul Curtman will be my guest in the 8am hour!
Changing minds every day of the week!
