Frustration, sadness, anger, joy, happiness, etc. They all have a tendency to well up ... especially those that are soul-sucking ones and offer no peace and joy over an extended period of time. It's Spring Cleaning Time! Every year around this time, people are usually thinking about detoxification.... and they should be! The change of season is an excellent time to be thinking about cleaning out, and that means your body/mind and emotions too!
