This week we hit both sides of the comedy/drama front with the twenty-something dating comedy That Awkward Moment and then it get's real with the Josh Brolin/Kate Winslet "Stockholm Syndome" love story Labor Day. It's Greetings From Barnacle Bay 105! Join us as we celebrate 105 (awkward) episodes of the longest running podcast in history! Sure to have more swerves than a Vince Russo booked edition of Impact, this episode certainly will not be a 4 out of 10!

However, the fact that this conversation can be awkward shouldn’t diminish its importance. Do you realize that in addition to controlling our urine, helping us to have babies, our pelvic floor also holds up our guts? There is much to learn about having a healthy pelvic floor – what it is and how to care for it. Join us to hear more.
