Do you love the work you do, but run into some of these issues?
- You constantly find that people in your free strategy sessions are a perfect fit, but they ‘aren’t ready yet’
- You are bringing in one client at a time and doing a lot of legwork to get them in

Not only can small retreats help you reach more people, but they help your best future clients get to know you intimately, and trust you to be ‘their person.’ In this interview she tells all.

Countre Boi is one of holy hip-hop’s up incoming front runners, has a story that resembles most artists; however, there is one aspect of his story that he doesn’t share with many of his counterparts. This is Countre Boi’s third attempt to become renowned for his rapping and songwriting gifts. And, by the looks of his progress as an artist today, the third time’s a charm. His first album “Refined” is laced with a unique sound from beginning to end, and won Album of The Year at the 2014 Rhythm of Gospel Awards. His first mixtape which released in 2014 is nominated for six 2015 Rhythm of Gospel Awards. Not to mention, after one conversation with him about music, his smile and exuberance for his craft makes you think that he just joined the game. “While there have been pain and tears, I have learned in this industry that you have to have patience. My break is coming because music is in me. I love music. God gave this talent to me to use, and I will use it to the best of my ability to influence people,” says the married father of four boys. He is doing just that these days as a solo artist, but that wasn’t always the case.Countre Boi’s journey in the industry began about nine years ago with a run- of-the-mill rap group called Trap County Boys. “We came out and did shows, but it didn’t quite turn out right. We were talking about selling dope, robbing, and, to be honest, I don’t like to make songs about things that I am not doing myself. I’m not getting on a song about smoking weed, selling dope and robbing when I’m not doing any of that. So, I didn’t feel right about being in the group. I felt like a liar, and I just wasn’t into it. So I decided to leave.”

Host Cyrus Webb welcomes recording artist Cynthia Holiday to #ConversationsLIVE to discuss her love of music and what it's been lie to share that with the world.
He follows the proverbial lines of being raised in the church and followed the typical Christian upbringing. The real story begins when he becomes a young adult and finds himself in the secular world of music and the opulent lifestyle of a drug dealer. Duran was enticed by the money and power that the R&B world had to offer. He has shared the stage with many artists such as R. Kelly, Lil Wayne, and other A-List artists. Along with the fame, there was a dark side of drugs, money, and women that would eventually be more than he could bear. While he was living in suburban Atlanta, Duran received a call which had him leave the house and soon after his home was raided. It was then that Duran realized he had not only been given a warning but a mandate to turn from that lifestyle and go back to his first works. Duran rededicated his life to Christ and announced his calling to minister to the masses. From this revelation, New Creation materialized with a mission to envelope and encourage young people to use their talents to edify and uplift the name of the Lord. Within the first 7 months that the group existed, they recorded with Ambassador Dr. Bobby Jones twice for The Word Network and once for Black Entertainment Television Network (BET). Along with DBM, he is also the visionary behind a non-profit organization named Stretch Outreach Ministries. Stretch’s mission is to reach past our normal limitations to win souls for Christ. Mr. Buckingham is well on his way to stardom and is a very motivated and determined individual who is inspired by the scripture Galatians 6:9 which says “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” NKJ
Hear this exclusive interview with artist Shannon Celia and host Michael Harris as they discuss her art, motivation and her artistic techniques.
Shannon has been painting professionally for about 8 years in oil and lately, she’s been concentrating on her favorite theme of seascapes and boats. Since she’s been doing this, Shannon has won four awards since January, which confirms her belief that we should follow our passions when creating. Shannon lives in the Conejo Valley of Southern California and is a member of various local art associations such as the juried Thousand Oaks Art Association, The Buenaventura Art Association and the Westlake Village Art Guild.
“My passion is painting contemporary seascapes created in oil, using palette knives with a focus on color, mood, texture and light. I believe that seeing the world through an artist's lens is a gift, so I celebrate by observing, contemplating and painting the subtle details!”

Title: Underground Wednesday with Special Guest Shae Mill
Born into a musical family it comes as no surprise that Shannan “Shae Mill" Miller has chosen to pursue a career in music. According to this multi-talented lover of the arts, she has been surrounded by music since birth. Her grandma said that before Shae could talk she use to hum herself to sleep. When she was a little girl her mother sang and played the guitar, and was a member of a band. Her father also played the guitar as well as drums. Shae fondly remembers accompanying her mother to many of her band rehearsals. Her grandmother was the choir director at church. Music was always present in the house as her grandfather, an avid vinyl records collector, and her aunt use to play a wide range of music at home such as Rock Steady, Reggae, Dancehall, Country, Gospel, Latin, Jazz, Blues, Soul, R&B and Disco.
It wasn't long before Shae began to sing in church. She was so little at the time that she had to stand on a chair during her performances. She credits her family for the development of her talent in her earlier years. By the time she was in the third grade she was singing at concerts, weddings and school events. After high school, Shae Mill went on to Northern Caribbean University (NCU). While in college she met a fellow student by the name of Jermaine T-One Hamilton. T-One was also very involved in music and encouraged Shae to learn audio engineering and practice making beats. She did just that.
Since then Shae Miller has worked with other producers, artistes and production houses. She has done background vocals for several established artistes. She has also added songwriting to her list of talents and has
