    SWEAT with Dawn Archer

    in Fitness

Like many frustrated, overweight people, Dawn Archer battled with depression in 2013. When things got really bad, she knew it was time to make a drastic lifestyle change. She started by developing and maintaining a healthy diet as well as exercising. She soon fell in love with healthy living.

After discovering her passion for fitness, Archer began teaching her praised SWEAT classes every night of the week. SWEAT is an hour-long class full of aerobics and good music...not to mention lots of sweat!

Dawn quickly drew attention of neighbors + peers in the Manchester area. In January 2014 she sold her car, placed all of her belongings in a storage unit + flew to California on a one-way ticket. She had a goal to visit all 50 states in one year + help at least one person in every state. That was only the beginning...

Present day, she has completed the tour of the United States (including Mexico + Puerto Rico) in just one year + is teaching at her own studio "theSWEATbox" located in Richmond, Va. Estelle visits California + other states when sponsored to continue to inspire + uplift men, women + kids.

#SuperBowl Preview & The Pro Bowl Sucks

    in Football

This is the time of the year when I get sad that football is coming to an end.  It's the week before the Super Bowl and I know that once this game is over, there's no more meaningful football until September.

Peyton Manning wants to ride into the sunset while cementing his legacy in the process.  If he wins his 2nd Super Bowl, then it will allow him to go out on a high note.  If he loses, and performs average or worse in the process, then the "choke artist" moniker will never go away.

Cam Newton is loved by his fans and hated by everyone else.  There's rarely any in-between.  Will he add another championship (BCS) to his trophy shelf or is it too soon for him to reach glory?

We'll discuss that and that garbage of a Pro Bowl game as Zone Coverage returns to the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!  "Talk sports from the couch!"

    Show No. 565

    Scheduled for 75 mins.

    in Entrepreneur

As we approach Veterans Day in November we want to make our Community aware of the Importance of Military Spouses Careers. More than one million service members will leave the military in the next five years. With this drawdown, and ongoing budget cut discussion, it's fair to say that our military families are in a state of high uncertainty, even for our community.

America will need the strength of its military families more than ever in the coming years. As we approach the second anniversary of a massive campaign to help veterans find jobs, "Hiring our Heroes"  has been a godsend to those who care about our country's future.

Spouses need to Network with each other and with people in the business community to learn how communicate their strengths. Together, we can help strengthen our military families, our military and our economy.

Join me and my guest host Kim Archer Friday 10/30 from 10-11am MT to hear how she made this her mission to help.  Kim Archer a Career Training Consultant with LeaderQuest will discuss how she uses her resources and her time at 4 military post here in C/S to deliver training classes for military spouses. in Spirituality

Life is Great, Even When it Sucks with Ellen Nyland

Life is Great Even When It Sucks helps you deal with old and new challenges we face everyday. This book helps you move forward past fears and behaviors that block you from being who you really are and doing what you really want to do. Using a simple system, this book will teach you healthy ways to trust, deal with conflict, be accountable, honor your commitments and live with the results of your choices.

You use this five-point system now, you just don't know how to use it powerfully.

Combining the five-point system with a new understanding about the influences from family, societal and media cultures sheds a new light on all your relationships - personal, business and societal.

Using your personal toolbox, uncovered by the strategies in this book, you will have the keys to unlock stagnant and destructive relationships, especially the one you have with yourself. Acknowledge and use your potential to achieve your dreams by learning what makes you do the things you do and why the other people in your life do the things they do.

Ellen Nyland has faced many challenges in life and overcome them with insight, humor and intelligence. Ellen saw and helped many people and families deal with the stresses put on personal and family relationships.

Ellen's biggest passion in life is to empower others and help them discover their own magnificence. Ellen uses her own life story and the examples of others to show that the system she's discovered through experience and study can help others move positively past their barriers to a more fully lived life.
