The American Dream Launcher Story - Episode 000

    in Business

On their inaugural episode of American Dream Launcher Radio, Steve Gordon and Dana Reeves share why they have joined forces and what they are doing to help entrepreneurs solve their most pressing and painful business problems.

Steve, founder of American Dream Launcher, is a successful entrepreneur twenty-five years in the making. He started his first business with an old Dodge pickup truck, $125 and a dream of building a better future for his family. Steve's biggest challenge? He had no idea where to begin. It wasn't easy, but he figured out along the way how to build and grow a profitable business, and sold his company in 2013. Steve's focus has since shifted to helping other entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. His refreshingly straightforward approach to business is reflected in his real-life accounts of the ups and downs of his life as an entrepreneur.

Dana, American Dream Launcher's director of marketing, started her career twenty-five years ago in the building design and construction industry and, after a decade, took a sharp right turn into the dot-com and startup arena. She knew then that she had found her true professional home. Dana's avant-garde approach to marketing helps entrepreneurs stop spinning their wheels and do the work it takes to connect with their customers, build their brand, and grow their business.

The American Dream -- What is it Today?

    in Politics Progressive

Is America lost?  Where we going?  How did we get where we are?  Why do we not hear a vision for America anymore?  Today, your host, Bob Kirkconnell, Author of American Heart of Darkness, will explore these critical issues.  In your host's lifetime a vision for America seemed to die along with the transformational leaders assassinated in the '60s.  We will discuss:

What was the American Dream at the time of the American Revolution?
What is it now, or do we even have one?
    Where are we going?

Any nation or organization for that matter has to have a vision of what it is trying to accomplish.  Go into any hospital and you are likely to see it on the wall.  Many schools and businesses do the same.  When is the last time you saw a vision, or dream, for America?  We need to talk!!

Dream Big Now- The American Dream

    in Business

Steve Jobs had a vision that changed humanity forever. His dream was bigger than life: one computer for each one of us. Was he dreaming big? Was he obsessing about? Was his dream contagious? Was he a professional dreamer? Was he the believer that inspired people to be more and created a new dimension to everyday's life?

How do you communicate Big Dreams? Do you need spcifics for your Big Idea? Do you attach a dead line to your delivery?

When J.F Kennedy said “This nation should commit itself, before this decade is out, of landing a man on the moon and returning him safely to earth.” he changed the dinamics of limiting beliefs, and  the conversation with sceptical scientists from " if we can do this" to " when  and how can be done".

Do you only need an action packed plan or takes a lot more to turn dreams into Reality?
