http://www.JoinStreamNow.com Stream Cosmetics leader speaks about avoiding business reget by striking out and being 1st.
I am often asked by interested Stream Cosmetics distributor candidates, "How many people are in my city/ state doing Stream?" They usually ask this for one of 3 reasons:
1. "I want to know that am one of the 1st because I want to leverage this and get started ASAP! I know the advantage of the growth ahead of me..."
2. "Because I want to size up my competition and see what I am up against. This is a great opportunity and I want to create a strategy early to differentiate myself..."
3. "Will I be the 1st, because I am scared and do not want to be 1st... I want to wait till others are doing it 1st..."
Which one of these you? Now, which answers sound like what an entrepreneur would ask? Right! #1 and #2 are serious about business! I am not discounting #3, but that person will find that they are giving up business leverage that many would KILL for and that once the business grows in their area of the country cannot be recaptured. Certainly they can be a profitable distributor down the line even in their area has more distributors before them BUT the chance to be the "pioneer" launching this product in their area will have been the pleasure of someone else.
How many people around the US have had a good idea, did not act on it, and then when they see the commercial or the product on a shelf say "That was my idea, remember?! Shoot, I knew I should have done something with that to start a business!" REGRET! Nothing is more painful and hind-sight is 20/20 but I am giving you the future-goggles now... this will BLOW UP and it is big now but airbrush is the future of what will become the norm in the cosmetics industry...

Also, we want to use this time to say “Thank You” to everyone who continues to follow us. You may have noticed that our site is missing a few episodes from the past few weeks. For anyone who doesn’t know, I’ve been broadcasting live from Northeastern Ohio since early January and Mother Nature continues to express her authority over all things by sending -35 degree temps and record snowfalls our way. Needless to say, when pipes burst, fire alarms begin to sound and therefore radio shows cannot be recorded. So, thank you for your continued support.
As long as Mother Nature allows, we will continue to bring you episodes that showcase some amazing people and even more amazing movements.
Keep the emails and phone calls coming.

Elyse Martin is an educator and artist. She creates large scale abstract works as well as haunting encaustic paintings. Julia Hamilton works in bones--using skulls to make beautiful pieces in a variety of colors, often metalic.
Martin paints both abstracts and encaustic works. She is based in the Chicago area. She teaches art at Jordan Community School in the city. Martin’s work has appeared in numerous juried art exhibits and she has won local and national art competitions. Hamilton, in addition to being an artist, is a talented make-up artist. Her work with making skulls and antlers in to art was part of the inspiration to do this show. Her work is beautiful and decorative. She is also owner of Pretty Windy City, a mobile artistry team working in make-up.They do airbrush make-up for weddings and more. Make-up as artists remind me of what grafitti artists were a few years back. Not considered even a starting point for fine art. But it is.
