Nelson Dellis -2011 USA Memory Champ w/ Host Bill Crespo

    in Business

About Nelson Dellis : I am 27 years old, rather tall (6’7”), and have a seemingly insatiable appetite for climbing mountains and improving my memory. I was born in London, England, but raised just outside of London, then Paris, France, and then Miami, Florida. I’ve been all over. But of all the places I’ve been, what I’ve fallen in love with the most is the mountains. After setting foot in New Zealand’s South Island in 2004, I realized that not only did I want to look at mountains, I wanted to climb them. Ever since then I have been slowly building up my climbing repertoire and honing my mountaineering skills. Back in 2008 I took an 8 day mountaineering course in the Washington Cascades. I then climbed Mt. Rainier (14,410ft) shortly afterwards. In the summer of 2009 I climbed the tallest peak in North America, Mt. McKinley (20,320 ft). Last June I summited the highest peak in Western Europe, Mont Blanc (15,771 ft). I have climbed numerous 14ers in Colorado in between the aforementioned climbs as well. This past spring, I made it to the Hillary Step of Mt. Everest (28,700 ft). More climbs to come! Matterhorn and Eiger next summer, and Everest North Side in 2013! Stay tuned!
Aside from being an avid climber, I also rigorously train my memory everyday. I am currently the 2011 USA Memory Champion! I also hold two US records in memory:
    1. Most digits memorized in 5 minutes – 248 digits
    2. Fastest to memorize the order of a full shuffled deck of playing cards – 63 seconds

National Business Coach, Bill Crespo will answer questions and interview guests on how to devloping new skills to increase revenue, improve time management, develop new habits that can take us to our next level. This show is for individuals needing direction and answers to important questions that can change their business and personal life.
