Healing with Quimby Prayer Service

Phineas Parkhurst Quimby was a most effective healer in the mid-19th century who used techniques of Mesmerism; as well as tools of a psychology that hadn't yet been developed in his time. We have many written accounts of his work from his patients.

Quimby had a number of famous patients in his room on Exchange St. in Portland, Maine. They included Mary Baker Eddy, Warren Felts Evans, Julius Dresser, Annetta [Seabury] Dresser and Horatio Dresser. Both Annetta Dresser and her son, Horatio, who was a Swedenborgian minister, wrote books on Quimby.
