Kriss Erickson is a versatile author who has published several books including her newest book, “Before There Were Words: Energetic Meanings of Runes”. Kriss began studying Runes in the 1980s when she noticed her husband-to-be, Michael, writing in college classes in strange symbols.

As Kriss studied the Runes, she discovered by allowing the energy of the Runes to speak for itself, that this ancient, often underused energetic tool was very helpful in guiding people to see the patterns present in their lives. By understanding these patterns, people can have more flexibility and insight into their lives, making it easier to maintain positive patterns and shift areas where they are stuck.

The three main aspects of Kriss’ latest book are: 1) The energetic messages of the Runes, 2) the concept of Heart Runes and 3) How Runes can help you understand and work with your Chakra system.
