If you can breathe, you can meditate.  Veteran teacher Dean Sluyter shares helpful, highly approachable insights from his new book Natural Meditation: A Guide to Effortless Meditative Practice.  Dean teaches us that the key is simply allowing, simply being, and with his practical, gentle guidance, you can discover a meditative "vehicle" that works for you.

A lifelong explorer of natural meditation practices from both the East and the West, Dean has extensive experience teaching thousands of students from all walks of life, including prisoners, tech innovators, filmmakers, high school students and entrepreneurs.  He has completed numerous retreats and pilgrimages in Tibet, India, Nepal and Europe.

Dean has been interviewed in many popular media venues and has led workshops for decades in the United States.  He is also the author of The Zen Commandments: Ten Suggestions for a Life of Inner Freedom, Cinema Nirvana: Enlightenment Lessons from the Movies and Why the Chicken Crossed the Road: & Other Hidden Enlightenment Teachings from the Buddha to Bebop to Mother Goose.
