In preparedness 101 we went through the steps of setting up your preparedness planning binder, and in this episode of our new series, Survival Homesteading, we will begin the journey to arrive at your survival homestead. What is a survival homestead? It is a place you can call home, but it is planned and built to provide with that place you can always call home, except in the most extreme disasters.

I will look at some of the trends and what I see happening in the coming times as things continue to deteriorate, economically and as a society. Higher prices have been creeping into our weekly bills, many times in ways we really do not notice. Gas prices may be the harbinger of hard times, but have you noticed what is happening to the cost of your laundry soap?

Having a homestead gives you an opportunity to escape the imprisoning ways of the city, but it also gives you an opportunity to grow your own food and find ways to create additional income streams to help you survive the coming times. Join the back to the land movement and learn how you can survive the coming times with this new series of messages, and don’t forget to visit www.survivaltimestoday.comfor more news and articles on a wide range of survival and preparedness subjects.
