Man Rise Up Radio welcomes Founder and CEO of Future Gents and Team – EMI Consulting. Mr. Ernest Moore has been in the male retail industry for over 20 years. His passion for improving the image of young men, has lead him on a very diverse journey. Ernest was influenced at a young age regarding the importance of your outward appearance contributing to the importance of a well-groomed and professional presence. The social graces, protocol, and the functionality of them all are a result of working with many people, too many to name.

Ernest has a passion, which most people have never seen. Ernest has a desire to educate and empower, every person he meets, to ensure they have a better mind set, after interacting with him. Ernest wishes to bring back the importance of being a “Gentlemen” and how awesome it can be in business and social situations, as well.

Ernest has formed Future Gents with the concept of converting men into gentlemen by using style and etiquette as a platform. We have, and continue to work with males, primarily 25 and under, both individual and in groups to; empower, educate, enhance, offer exposure, and etiquette, in business and social situations.
